Prince Street Pizza — trusted italian in West Loop. Classic neighborhood feel, nothing here chasing trends, and quick and efficient. "The square pizza is The Naughty Pie - a Sicilian style pizza with spicy vodka sauce" — Robert C

Ordered a pizza for delivery, after an hour we get a knock at the door and they only delivered our Diet Coke and a side of ranch……how the hell did you forget the pie?!?
We ordered pizza through Uber Eats because the star rating was good, but it was extremely disappointing.

I held off trying Prince Street in New York knowing there's a Chicago location. This was genuinely so great I now feel obligated to try the original location. What a good dilemma to have.

Both the round slice and the pan slice were delicious and super crunchy, and they came out quickly, just like what you'd expect for a NY slice shop.

“Prince Street Pizza is definitely a standout amongst the very competitive and prideful pizzeria market of Chicago.”
Prince Street Pizza is definitely a standout amongst the very competitive and prideful pizzeria market of Chicago. Their refired Detroit style pizza and New York styles served up may throw your regular Chicagoan off, but I encourage a little adventure. It's something different and pleasing. Be advised that this is a standing room only dine in kind of place. Munching in the car or outside or at home are your options.

“Tried their pizza after a friend raved about it.”
Tried their pizza after a friend raved about it! Delicious and huge portions. We came right at open and everything came out fresh. Another plus was their outdoor seating (making it a dog friendly place to grab a bite)!

“Finally got to try Prince Street Pizza, and it definitely lived up to the hype.”
Finally got to try Prince Street Pizza, and it definitely lived up to the hype. I ordered the Naughty Pie (loaded with crispy pepperoni and vodka sauce) and it was insanely good, the perfect balance of spicy, savory, and rich. The Fancy Prince was just as impressive, with fresh mozzarella and basil that made every bite taste extra nice. Yes, the line was long, but honestly, it was worth the wait. Can’t wait to go back and try more.

I finally made time to stop at Prince Street with my girlfriend and it was so delicious. I am so glad we came around 11:40am on Sunday a little bit after they opened because as soon as we placed our order customers didn’t stop coming in. I ordered the Green Machine & the Mercer Margherita. My girlfriend got the Chicago Supreme & the Naughty Pie. As soon as we took our first bite we knew what the hype was all about. Can’t wait to come back for more!

“An Amazing Pizza in a Tiny Spot, but Full of Flavor.”
An Amazing Pizza in a Tiny Spot, but Full of Flavor! You know those places that are so simple you might just walk past them, but once you try the food, you understand why there’s always a crowd? I found a pizzeria exactly like that! The space is tiny, with hardly any seating – in fact, you’ll probably end up eating on the sidewalk or standing. But trust me, it’s worth every bite! The pizza is thin, slightly crispy, super light, and packed with flavor. The balance of ingredients is just right, with no overwhelming toppings, and the best part: you can buy just a slice instead of a whole pizza. Perfect for a quick and delicious bite! If you don’t mind eating while standing and are looking for a pizza that truly impresses, I highly recommend this place. I loved it and will definitely be back!

“Honestly tasted better than the original in New York.”
Honestly tasted better than the original in New York. We were pleasantly surprised to find this in Chicago while we were in town visiting and came twice on the same day (my birthday) cause it was so good! We went on a mini pizza tour around the city trying all the highest rated pizza places and this one was first and last on the day out of 6 places we tried. Can’t recommend it enough.

“I know about this place from a Uber driver.”
I know about this place from a Uber driver. Even though the review is not stellar, I trusted him and not disappointed! I tried the square style pizza and I loved it. When the pizza is served, I know how good it is by just cutting it. The crust and the bottom are crisp and the toppings are sizzling. I like the balance of the pie crust and the toppings as well. The flavor is on point as well. I would love to eat the pizza here again for sure.

“Prince Street Pizza in Chicago was, surprisingly, even better than the original in Manhattan.”
Prince Street Pizza in Chicago was, surprisingly, even better than the original in Manhattan! The space is a bit tight and can feel confusing at first, but the service was exceptional—definitely a step up from the NYC location. Huge props to the staff here! Chicagoans must have a natural talent when it comes to their deep dish game. 😉 Highly recommend!
