I recently visited Philly’s Best for the first time, and it’s safe to say this is one of the best late-night spots in Chicago! I ordered the regular Chicken Philly Steak as it comes, but being a first-timer, I asked the friendly worker at the register, Marc Anthony, if he had any recommendations. He suggested adding green peppers and mushrooms to my sandwich and also recommended the steak eggrolls. Let me tell you—I did not regret taking his advice! When I got home, everything was still warm and absolutely delicious. The sandwich was perfectly cooked, and the eggrolls were an amazing addition to my late-night meal. This is easily the best late-night bite I’ve had in a long time. If you’re in Chicago and need a quick, satisfying meal, Philly’s Best is the place to go! A special shoutout to Marc Anthony for his exceptional customer service—he was professional, kind, and clearly takes pride in his work. Honestly, he deserves a raise for representing the restaurant so well. I’ll definitely be back!

No paper menus, but its online so that's a bonus. The philly original is what I got with seasoned fries. Let me start with...OMG!!! So satisfying and filling. Wow! Service was fast, and the cost was reasonable for the amount of food I bought. They have bathrooms, and its decent. The food was perfect. We sat there and ate. Wear a sweater you can roll the sleeves up on so you can grub and stay warm. On cold days the draft from the door makes it cold in there.

The food was great. I most definitely would would order here again. The hoagie are a tad bit expensive and they need a thicker bread for their steaks, but overall good.

Ordered a large Philly Steak with green peppers and seasoned fries. The food was really good. This was the best Philly Steak I’ve had in a really long time. The sandwich was filling and the steak meat was tender. The fries were seasoned just right and not salty. The gentleman at the register was very nice and customer friendly. I gave them 4 stars berceuse they put the ketchup packets on top of the fries which is in the same bag as the fries. I feel this is very unsanitary. Why do my ketchup packets have to touch my fries. Really don’t get this! Construction is also on the same block but the gentleman at the register pointed me in the right direction to find a park. Thanks again 😊

“Best philly cheese steak pizza.”

Best philly cheese steak pizza! 🍕 First time ordering and won’t be our last, the pizza was fresh, delicious and soooooo good 🤤 but unfortunately the chicken Philly sandwich wasn’t as expected, It was ok but definitely not the best, the meat doesn’t taste good at all, also the fries was flavourless. Would only go back for their pizza.
