Hey…originally from Chicago and I remember Chicago having amazing pizza. These past few years I’ve been disappointed when I visited. Today my faith was restored. I had Jets pizza and it was good. It took me back to old school pizza before the chains commercialized pizza. Thank you Jets.

My friend and I were doordashing and we were early so for waiting around a lot they gave us a deep dish little sausage pizza and it was really good! Super cute little place. Will definitely come back and try the pizza again!

1st time trying this pizza, and I'm pleased to say it was delicious! I love the crunch of the crust, and the pizza sauce had good flavor. Initially, I wondered if the large would be enough. It was more than enough! Those sqare slices are dense. The pizza even heats up nicely in the air fryer. Tastes just like the 1st day. I'll be back to try them again. I sent my son in to get the pizza, so I didn't notice there was no parmesan or crushed peppers included. It would've been nice to have them included. Parking near this location is terrible. Beware!

I seen these burnt, charcoals as soon as I got to my destination & unfortunately had to go back cause I'm not about to eat this! The cashier at the register was kind, but look at these wings.... all I said was well done. A shame. I had to drive back, WAIT another 20min & didn't even get reimbursed for my time. I was not offered a refund.

The driver refused to follow the instructions I provided to deliver our order. I specifically instructed the driver (3 times) to buzz our apartment number, and deliver the pizza to my Unit's front door. After five minutes of thinking about what to do to avoid coming up the stairs, the driver then gave an excuse that he did not have a mask and used that as an excuse to not go up the staircase. If your drivers don't have a mask and want me to fetch it outside at their car, doesn't that put me, the customer, at risk simply because your driver doesn't want to wear a mask? The driver finally buzzed my apartment number and was let in, and lied when he said he left it at my front door. He left it on the floor next to the mailbox. I then called the Madison St location to reduce his tip amount. The woman who answered the phone said that "they can't change the tip amount after the pizza is delivered." I find that explanation ludicrous. How hard is it to deliver a pizza to my front door? Seemingly lazy personnel for a simple pizza delivery.
