What a wonderful idea! You can buy pizza by the inch. That means you can choose as many of the delicious flavours as you'd like. The pizzas are ready-made. They seem to rotate toppings, so not everything you read about here will be available. I had three slices: pepperoni, cheese & potato, and hot honey and all of them were delicious. I had the cheese ball thing as well, which I thought would be like a mozzarella stick. Instead, it tastes much like a deep-fried ball of spaghetti, though it is made of different cheeses and tomato sauce.

A must visit pizza place in Chicagoland. Probably the most crispiest pizza crust I ever had, which they somehow manage to cut with scissors with so much ease. They offer so many pizza varieties you never knew you wanted. They offer pizza slices based on weight with tavern cut, so I would suggest to order as many varieties as you can, with minimal sizes, so you get to explore all the delicious options they have.

Loved this pizza by the slice! Unique crust, flavors and concept. They charge by the ounce and cut the amount of pizza you want with scissors ✂️. I always appreciate being in Chicago where they cut your pizza into squares 🟥. Go with people who like to share so you can try multiple pizzas 🍕. The pesto potato was my personal favorite, loved their classics as well as the unique twists! Bravo Bonci 👏🏽

Interesting place! Took a chance since I work in the area & it’s pretty satisfying! I got the 4 cheese “slice” (they just make a huge sheet & cut it). They charge by weight, so prices could vary in some regard.

I know that many people might come to Chicago for deep dish pizzas. However, you shouldn't pass this place by. The super thin pizza here is delicious in its own way. Crispy, light, and packed with toppings flavor. They sold pizza by weight so you can decide how much (or little) you want to try. Because of that, you can try so many flavors at once as well. In any event, I highly recommend to eat here on top on whatever you plan to eat. You can do it!

The service was very friendly! The pizza slices looked like they’d been out for a while, but they reheated beautifully and tasted great. I tried Bonci in Roam a year ago, and this was almost just as good! My favorite was the sausage and blueberry slice—an unusual combo that works surprisingly well together.”

Cool pizza place with option to order by the size of slice you want. Like one? Order a big slice. Want to try a bunch? Order lots of little slices. The pizzas were outstanding and selection was good when we visited. Negatives - space feels halfway finished, between palace to sit and enjoy and get me outta here. With some decluttering on the kitchen side and just a bit more effort in the sitting side, this place would be almost perfect. Recommended

This is a MUST try in West Loop, especially if you want to impress your friends with a good lunch spot in the area I ordered a simple pepperoni & sausage (which was solid!) but you HAVE to order the potato ricotta I’m literally craving it as I write this. Thats how good it is. The staff pretty much works with you to size how much pizza you want (which is then priced by weight) & then warms it up for about 5 minutes to get it ready for you The crust is worth the wait, I promise There are a lot of good places to eat in West Loop, but this one is a little hidden gem you need to add to your list

Instantly one of my favorite pizza places in Chicago. It may not be deep dish but it’s definitely a hidden Chicago gem. The pizza flavors are fun and unique and they cut you the piece you want! You can get pieces with no crust or all crust and you pay by the weight. It’s such a great concept and not too pricey for downtown area pizza! I will be coming back and I recommend it to others!
