“Beggars Pizza is a great spot located just a short walk from Union Station, making it a perfect place to grab a meal before or after a train ride. One thing I really appreciated was being able to order deep dish pizza by the slice, which is ideal when you want to enjoy Chicago style pizza without committing to a whole pie. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a much more relaxing atmosphere than waiting around at the station. The pizza itself was excellent. The crust was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and not doughy at all. Every bite was satisfying and showcased why this place is so popular. Between the convenient location, great service, and delicious pizza, Beggars Pizza is definitely a place I'll be returning to.”

After leaving an honest review, I was surprised to receive a call from the manager, Justin, who apologized and assured me he would make it right. I gave it another shot today, and I’m glad I did. The pizza was made perfectly this time. I even had the chance to meet Justin in person and shake his hand—he’s a genuinely great guy who clearly cares about his customers and the quality of service. That level of accountability and customer service goes a long way. Big shoutout to Justin for turning my experience around. Awesome manager—keep up the great work!”
