“Food was great! Attentive service. Loved how the halo halo and putos weren't too sweet. The red snapper was a little dry, but everything else we got (combo meals) were great. I could have eaten the 10 egg rolls by myself if I didn't have to share.”

“My TX family came over and I wanted them to taste the satisfying food of Chibogan. This review is from my sister-in law, Sharon (see pictures). Got a taste of my favorite panga. instantly brought me back home. I highly recommend Chibogan for this very tasty panga, and honestly, all the food ate Meida ordered was just the perfect taste of home.”

“One of the best Filipino restaurants in the northwest suburbs. They're lumpia is a go-to comfort food for our family. As well as their pork adobo. Great staff super friendly and quick service. Absolutely recommend them for anyone who wants to indulge themselves in some delicious Filipino cuisine.”

“We found this place with the intent of eating somewhere else which was next to but decided to try here instead...and im glad we did. We tried the lechon combo and I got the pork sisig combo. Both were excellent. The lechon though I believe would be one of their best seller. The food comes out the kitchen packed and ready to go as they dont have dine-in. Not a problem. Bring it home and it will still be very warm because it was piping hot the time we recieved ours. (We ate in the parking lot and I could barely hold the container.) The flavors were also very good. The lechon skin was soo crispy amd the meat paired with their sarsa made you wish you had more rice. It may not seem like a ton of food for some compared to the price but they make up in quality. The biggest plus to is their service was very hospitable. We met Sean, (I hope I spelled it right...) and my belief is good food becomes even better when the service is on par. Recipe for return visits. Very clean as well inside and fast service knowing you are getting fresh cooked food.”

“So delicious and fresh! Great customer service! 100/10 We will be back! Yummy”

“My daughter really wanted HALO-HALO and we were going to get there at exactly closing time. So she called and they said that they'll wait for us. THAT'S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!”

“This place is really close to my work, I never knew such a place existed. But it’s so good!! I loved the lechon combo plate. I also got these ube cupcakes that were not too sweet and had a slight ube flavor, they were good too. The price is great for the portion you get. The customer service is very nice and friendly; Take out only, but that’s no issue. The food hit the spot on a stressful day 😊I’ll be back to try more! Definitely stop by and give it a try! (Also it comes with 2 lumpia but I dug in before I got a pic 😆)”

“This place offers counter service and friendly assistance when; making Filipino food selections. I tried both the pork and chicken barbecue sticks which were delicious, I had the namesake Chibogan pork roll, their soecialty, chopped, It's like lechon kawali but even take tastier. So good. Fresh, hot, made to order. Ask for it chopped. Also had the garlic, fried rice and pancit and everything tasted great. I will be back to try other things like palabok and pompano and sinigang!!”

“Chibogan — Visited October 24, 2025 Chibogan is a charming hole-in-the-wall takeaway spot with friendly staff and impressively quick service. We ordered three combo meals—beef stew, chicken adobo, and chicken skewers—paired with three complimentary cans of soda. The beef was succulent, and the chicken was just right, though the chicken adobo could use a bit more seasoning. Portions were generous, and each dish was packed with authentic Filipino flavors that left us satisfied. The food strikes a perfect balance between quality and affordability, making it ideal for a casual, flavorful meal on the go. Chibogan is a local gem worth visiting.”
