“Yo ahí ya tenía como 4 años que no avía venido a comer y hora regresé y la comida sigue siendo riquísima y sus micheladas también en es pecial para mí las corundas”

“I visited Pulpo Loco on a super cold Sunday afternoon for lunch. I was driving by and decided to check them out for a quick taco. To my suprise, the place wowed me completely… the freshness of the food, the cleanliness of the place and the service from the staff took my “quick taco stop” to a very delicious lunch that I can’t wait to have a again. I recommend you check them out!”

“A mi me encanta venir aquí cuando está Betty !! El servicio que da es excelente y siempre está pendiente de todos ! For my English people !!! Yall try the tacos they are FIRE!! And the salsas are A1👌!! I’ve had the tacos… the mojara (fried fish ) now that’s even better (sober and hung over ) it’s amazing ! One of the best I’ve had ! Again if you get served by Betty she won’t disappoint!”

“Perfecto!!! Most of the great Mexican restaurants in Rogers Park are BYOB. These margs are life changing! Yaaaas! So good! The food was amazing also! We had the taco dinner and all the tacos were absolutely amazing.”

“The best Mexican restaurant in the north side of Chicago! The seafood is fresh, the corundas and flautas exquisite! The food is an explosion of flavor in your mouth! The best part is the impeccable service. Betty was phenomenal! Her kindness, excellent customer service, and attentiveness made my experience simply perfect. Gracias Betty!”

“Really tasty and fresh seafood at this Mexican restaurant. We had guacamole, mixed ceviche, and fried spicy garlic red snapper. We enjoyed everything and think the portions were very large. I did think that the ceviche had a bit too much tomato sauce which turned the dish a bit sweet. I would recommend only using 75% or the amount of sauce that is being used so that there is more focus on that fresh seafood. The fake crab is also not necessary we though. The friend fish was very tasty and fried perfectly, but again, the sauce made it a bit sweeter than I’d like. The fish had a slightly fishy taste, but nothing crazy and I’m sure that can vary from dish to dish.”

“I ordered a Burrito de Carne Asada / Skirt Steak and Torta de Carne Asada / Skirt Steak Torta. the order originally said pickup at 3:15p, it was not ready for pickup until 3:32p. there was way more lettuce and not a lot of meat and both of the items were already cold. I live close so i picked-up the other within only 2 minutes of being ready and everything was already cold. The little amount of meat they added also didn't have any flavor. For $28 I expect to get a good amount of meat and for my food to be piping hot”

“I've been coming here for a while never had an bad experience besides this one lady always giving me weird looks but that never bothered me and wouldn't stop me from coming to get those shrimp Tacos but today that lady really embarrassed me and humiliated me in front of the customers she didn't want to give me my order I paid for online saying I canceled a previous order so I told her to give me my food or a refund but she just walked off and I was trying to show her the transaction that posted from the previous order but she didn't care.”

“Service was questionable the moment I walked in there and the two servers had a very noticeable cold disposition. The server got my order wrong and still charged for the Cubano that I did ask for. I don’t ever see myself coming back here with the energy that was displayed and poor execution of the order. 2/10 but wouldnt come back to waste my money again. And its a shame I came to support local and latino owned and this is what i got. Not ideal. Not a good way to spend our time or money. Now all the memory i have of pulpo loco is not good at all. Save ur$”
