Very colorful decor and beautiful restaurant! I ordered the chilaquiles and it was very yummy and also spicy. They have brunch on Saturday and Sunday and there was no wait on a Saturday for lunch. The service was very quick and I highly recommend this restaurant, whether you are vegan or not.

“The food here blew my mind.”

The food here blew my mind. Not only is it delicious, it also tastes like regular food. If someone had given me these tacos without telling me they were vegan, I wouldn’t have known. The waters are really good. Service is descent, and ambiance is ok. Their restroom is cool.

“I absolutely LOVE Penelope’s!!”

I absolutely LOVE Penelope’s!!! By far my favorite vegan Mexican restaurant. I’ve tried multiple dishes off their menu and everything is full of flavor, appropriate portion sizes, and the staff is always very sweet. The enchiladas are my favorite. If you’re looking for authentic dishes, do not pass them up.

I love that it’s cozy and not loud. I went for happy hour. Nice and clean…the staff very nice and friendly. Their Paloma drinks sooo good 7$. I went during the week. I must not forget that delicious carrot cake!

Delicious and great vibe--fun crowd on Friday night. I am not a vegan and was worried the menu would not speak to me - it was absolutely delicious. I got the soy chorizo burrito and my husband got the mushroom birria...we loved it. The molletas appetizer was great. The table next to us got the asada fries and they looked scrumptious. Prices are very reasonable (great for families) and the pineapple jalepeno margarita was a delight.

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted a review and this is one to bring me back to the food review game. Ladies and gentlemen this place is yUuuuMmmmMmy. When I say YUH- you say MEEE. This place has the best margaritas, the best quesadilla and tacos. It’s vegan which is a bonus but honestly bring the carnivores here they gon’ delight in all this flavor. Bring your friends, there’s room for everyone. I’ve been to their OG location downtown and both locations go hard in the paint, just look at the murals on the walls. With all that, I gotta say I love it here. And my stomach stays happy after my meal.
