I could hang out for hours and hours by the real wood burning fire in the perfectly curated spaces. Thank you Soho Chicago for the best birthday weekend I could ask for.”
“Cool spot. Had a relaxing lobby, classy restaurant and a vibey bar/club area that stays open late. Rooftop heated pool and movie theater is sick. Bartender had some great recommendations to continue the night. The phone charger in the lobby area was a life saver.”

“Update 2025: Jorge, Kalan, and others I interacted with, I have never experienced the level of incompetence between so many people when trying to cancel my membership (spoiler it took me emailing and calling many people during renewal to cancel, to then still be renewed.) An absolute disaster for what should be so simple - and reaffirms my previous reviews as a member. How unfortunate. 2022-2024 Disappointed in the lack of hospitality and apathetic customer service I've received here, it overlooks any benefits—really unfortunate for a place that is supposed to welcome creatives.”
“I think it’s only fair for there to be an honest review of the service. The service was terrible and my family and I were nothing but respectful and kind. They gave our whole party the “old menu” and we got charged more than we were told. Then the manager told us it’s basically not their fault even though their server gave us the wrong menus and wrong information. On top of that we asked for the extra amounts to be removed. After they fought us on it. They removed it and then added a surge charge which wasn’t in the original receipt and when we asked for it to be removed they said they can’t. Both server and manager were really aggressive for just a simple questions. The server I quote said “ it seems you guys are clearly having a hard time figuring your bill out” extremely disrespectful. No one should be treated like that.”
