Tried a new restaurant in the area and it amaze me how fire the nacho and tacos is they serve. The Al Pastor taco and J’J Nacho is my favorite and I wasn’t a fan of Al Pastor tacos from other latin american/mexican restaurants. Will definitely come back and order from here again. I absolutely love this place. I’ve ordered from here at least 6-8 times and the food is consistently amazing. They sometimes surprise me with “free gifts” - menu items that I haven’t tried before but now have the privilege of sampling! I am obsessed with their salmon bowl, among so many other items. The note I received from the guys in the back have been on my fridge for months because they LITERALLY MAKE MY DAY. I love you guys!

First time here and a bit intimidated. No worries. So easy and fast. Most of all the food was perfect for what I wanted at that moment. I ordered from 2 places to get 3 food choices and was so pleased to have finally walked thru the door. Super huge shoutout to Richard (I ordered the spicy dumplings) and he left me the cutest note. It really made my day and I will surely be back)!

I was in Chicago this past weekend and due to me following Keith Lee I had to have Cleo Soul Food! I was disappointed that the restaurant was not open and I had a flight to catch but I drove ALL the way to the Avondale location, placed our order and after a hour wait finally got the food and babbbbeeee let me tell you the Keith Lee plate is beyond delicious 10+ the fish was seasoned perfectly, the yams and those corn muffins Jesus!!!! I wish they could fedex me plate every Sunday.
