This new breakfast spot in Evanston was a hit! They seem to be inspired by the soft scrambled egg sandwiches popular in East Asia, and they delivered on mine. I got the steak and egg with a hashbrown on the side. You can’t really tell from the pictures, but the sandwich was ginormous. Get ready for a messy meal because eggs and other ingredients are going to be finding their way outside of the soft yet crisp, buttery buns. The scrambled eggs were a nice consistency, and they loaded the sandwich with beef and other toppings. The hashbrown was crispy, and I put it in my sandwich, which added a nice crunch. If you want a quick and easy breakfast sandwich or bowl, Eggs with Benefits will leave you satisfied!

Awesome place for a quick bit to eat. Brunch with an Asian twist. The staff is awesome and the food was amazing. Solid price to food ratio. I recommend the curry bowl, add some steak and it’s perfect. Definitely coming back and would recommend.

Value is solid, portions are generous, and proportions are what they should be—just the right amount of everything. The egg salad sandwich didn’t survive long enough for a photo.
