“This new breakfast spot in Evanston was a hit! They seem to be inspired by the soft scrambled egg sandwiches popular in East Asia, and they delivered on mine. I got the steak and egg with a hashbrown on the side. You can’t really tell from the pictures, but the sandwich was ginormous. Get ready for a messy meal because eggs and other ingredients are going to be finding their way outside of the soft yet crisp, buttery buns. The scrambled eggs were a nice consistency, and they loaded the sandwich with beef and other toppings. The hashbrown was crispy, and I put it in my sandwich, which added a nice crunch. If you want a quick and easy breakfast sandwich or bowl, Eggs with Benefits will leave you satisfied!”
