I’ve tried Thai restaurants all across the United States, and Madame Puff Chicago has truly become my new favorite. From the service to the impressive variety of Thai dishes, everything is impeccable. Their menu offers such a wide selection of authentic Thai food; the kind you would actually find back home in Thailand, and every dish is beautifully executed. The flavors are always spot on. I love changing my order every time I visit because everything is so tempting and exciting to try. Barbie, the owner, is a wonderful host; warm, generous, and genuinely welcoming. The service team, led by Toast, is equally outstanding. I honestly couldn’t recommend a better place for authentic, upscale Thai cuisine in Chicago.

My food was super delicious! I ordered a bunch of things and was pleasantly surprised by all of them. The restaurant ambiance was great and our server, Toast, was very sweet and helpful with what to order off the menu. I’ll be back again!

Madame Puffs was a lovely surprise of delicious Thai cuisine ! Our server was Toast and he answered all our questions about the menu and was gracious as well as attentive. We ordered Basil Fried Rice with chicken as well as Pad Thai with Rock Shrimp. Both dishes had some subtle spicy heat to them 🌶️. My pad thai was served inside an egg omelette casing (very thin) formed by scrambled eggs. For dessert we loved the pineapple crispy crusted puff! We will be back soon! 5 out of 5!!!!!

Was so excited to see a new lunch spot in Lincoln Square. The atmosphere is well curated and the staff is incredibly kind. You can tell a lot of energy and love has gone into curating the restaurant from the menu to the decor. I felt underdressed! But not at all unwelcome! It’s a bit pricey, but the food is delicious and the puffs! You must try the mixed vegetable puff! They really do make it worth the money in the presentation and quality of the food. Don’t pass this one by since it’s on Western right past Lawrence and traffic flies.

One of the best services I’ve experienced in Chicago land area! The owner and the servers were so kind and humble. You HAVE to try the jumbo shrimp and their soups!! The spicy glass noodles were delicious.

Amazing new Thai restaurant! My wife and I dined here and everything from the food to the service was great. We ordered the Volcano Soup, very authentic spicy Thai seafood Tom Yum flavor. Also got Pad Thai which was excellent. Definitely will be back!

Amazing byob restaurant with great food and a wonderful staff. They had live music that was entertaining and not overwhelming. The food was delicious and each plate was a work of art. Tom yum soup was the best I ever had. Blue rice was very unique and added to the presentation. Khao kha moo was on the special menu and was my favorite dish. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Will definitely be back again soon.

The ambiance and plate settings were phenomenal. The food was probably the best Thai food I’ve had in Chicago. The plating of the food was beautiful and tasted amazing. I was really impressed. The live jazz music is the best. I will definitely come back again to taste other dishes :)
