Yummy Yummy Noodles — high-caliber chinese in Chinatown. The kind of spot that earns loyalty, not hype. Real recipes, real ingredients, no shortcuts. Good value. "All the meat was tender and was full of flavor, one of the best I've had" — Pheng Moua

“I asked the staff what they recommended and the woman there recommended spicy beef noodle soup with beef shank and it was delicious”
Went in on NYD for a warm soup with a group of 5.
If i can give this place zero stars, i absolutely would. Everything about this place was terrible.

“We came for mid afternoon wonton noodles.”
We came for mid afternoon wonton noodles. Ordered wonton and beef intestine. Price was good, 3 dishes for a little over $30. Staff was very nice and attentive. Taste was great but my mouth was a little dry afterwards which was an indication of higher content of msg. We have no issues with msg though and would come back again.

Very homely and authentic. Not unlike getting wontons and noodles from a breakfast spot in Beijing.

This place has one of the best value for cost in the city of Chicago. Hearty, delicious meals that are very affordable. Staff is very nice, restaurant feels homey, welcoming, simple. It’s a great spot for a quick solo meal or a chat with friends over some delicious dishes.

I was researching where to eat in China town and found this little place. I was super excited to try it because I'm a big fan of Chinese food. Especially noodles. I asked the staff what they recommended and the woman there recommended spicy beef noodle soup with beef shank and it was delicious. I believe I went with their wife noodles and they were great. I also got an order of fried fish balls that I loved. Also pictured was beef tendon noodles with wontons which was also very good. Prices were very fair. Looking forward to coming back and trying some other stuff

AMAZING! This place is a must visit if you're visiting Chinatown. The food is top quality, full of flavor and generous in portion size. In addition, if you're hungry when ordering, you won't be waiting long. The woman who worked there had our food out in less than 10 minutes. We've eaten at quite a few Chinese places around Chicago but this by far is the best in every aspect! A real gem of a place in Chinatown.

“my favorite comfort restaurant in chinatown!”
my favorite comfort restaurant in chinatown!! pretty quiet ambience at lunchtime with a mix of large families and smaller groups. we ordered the following dishes (** = highly recommend): - **5 spices beef shank noodle soup with wide rice noodles: this was excellent- the beef was cooked to perfection- so tender and flavorful, and the broth was fresh and soul-replenishing. - **stir-fried pepper steak: steak was incredibly seasoned and stir-fried, pairing perfectly with the vegetables it came with. - **cumin lamb xinjiang style: the lamb was bold in flavor, the cumin adding a wonderfully strong kick. - **stir-fried string beans: a classic- you can never go wrong - fish stomach and chives with xo sauce: fish stomach wasn’t really my vibe, but i still enjoyed the light and fresh flavors of the dish. - singapore rice noodles: slightly soggy, but overall the flavors were good. every dish offered large, hearty portions and did not hold back on the veggies, which were crisp and refreshing. the family who owns this restaurant was also super sweet. prices are also great, especially compared to other nearby restaurants- our group of 6 filled ourselves with so much food for only $15 pp.

“I visited yummy yummy noodles and ordered the roasted duck and noodle soup.”
I visited yummy yummy noodles and ordered the roasted duck and noodle soup. The flavor was very authentic with a good portion of duck. We had the chicken skewers for an appetizer, they were fried hard and tasted great I’d recommend visiting them if you’re in Chinatown

“This is another gem for all of you noodle or soup lovers.”
This is another gem for all of you noodle or soup lovers. The one handy thing that makes them stand out is that when you order you get choose from sizes of the particular noodles you rather have. And when it comes to the meat choices, they all so juicy and flavorful! I recommend the brisket , it will literally melt in your mouth. They also serve you pretty fast so don't worry if you are coming hangry lol. Can't wait to come back again.

Great food though the chicken was a bit too salty for my taste. Otherwise, everything was incredible. The service is...rough. The poor waitress needed more help especially on a Friday evening!
