A cozy spot serving flavorful Xi’an dishes. We tried the Biang Biang noodles, sesame noodles, and cumin lamb crepe - the Biang Biang was the clear standout with its perfectly chewy texture and rich flavor, though all dishes were really solid. The space has a warm mom-and-pop feel that adds to the charm.

I have no idea what we ordered, but everything was delicious. The lamb sandwich type thing and the noodles were my favorite! The server was very nice and offered me a fork and other items since I was struggling a bit with chopsticks. I kept using the chopsticks though.

I went to Xi’an Cuisine over the weekend and had their Cumin Lamb Flatbread sandwich. It was delicious and the meat was well-prepared, not underdone nor dry/overcooked. The spice level of the sandwich wasn’t as high as I wanted, so I added chili oil on my own to make it a bit spicier (to suit my own tastes). However, if you’re not a fan of spice then the regular version was mild (to me, anyway). The restaurant itself is small but very clean and organized. The food service was fast and the staff was very kind. Their milk bubble tea was also very delicious. Sometimes, bubble tea shops add a lot of sugar to mask the poor taste of their drinks. That wasn’t the case here. The bubble tea here was delicious but not so sweet that it gave me a headache. It also went well with the spice of my Cumin Lamb Flatbread. Overall, I had a good experience. If you are craving Chinese food with a kick, this is a good place to try.

“No punches pulled here.”

No punches pulled here. Sure the service is a bit brusque and the single TV is emanating a delightfully incomprehensible Chinese game show, but these guys aren't here to make you feel like royalty. They're here to whip up in 8 minutes the best bowl of biang biang noodles you've ever had in your life and leave it at that. Business is business. At the end of the day this is a place that makes some really really really good Shaanxi specialties.

100% recommend. Really friendly people. Food was fantastic. We (two adults, teenager, 5 year old) bought way too much food - skewers, hand pulled noodles, dumplings, wanton soup, marinated tofu. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.

Must get the biang biang noodles and marinated pork flatbread! The noodles were chewy and the sauce clings perfectly, this dish really packs a flavorful punch. And I got two full servings out of it! The flatbread had a generous amount of filling and was nice and crisp on the outside, very yummy.

“Came here 3 times in a week during travel.”

Came here 3 times in a week during travel. Very small restaurant and can get super busy. But the food is authentic, their noodles are really good. Most dishes has strong flavors, like the BianBian noodle and their braised lamb chop. But other noodles are actually not so heavy on sauce, instead you can taste the original flavor of the food itseld. The special thing is here everything taste like what they supposed to, instead all dishes taste a like. I think their cold green bean noodle (凉皮）and fried noodle （炒拉皮） are all very yummy. Their flat bread lamb soup and lamb soup noodles are white soup with plain taste. Their 羊杂汤 is also super tasty with strong lamb flavor.
