Nestled in the heart of Chinatown, this restaurant is a must-visit. Its intriguing name alone makes it worth a visit. The fact that it opens at 10 am is a huge advantage, allowing us to savor a hearty meal without the hustle and bustle of lunchtime crowds. The service was efficient and attentive, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. We couldn’t resist trying the Spicy Pork Intestine noodle soup (香辣肥肠拉面), which was mildly spicy and incredibly delicious. The House Special Hand Noodle soup (本楼拉面) was another favorite. It was flavorful and not spicy, yet still incredibly delicious.

Fantastic food at decent prices. The hand pulled noodles are a real treat and the portion sizes are fantastic! Great beef brisket and the ribs are delectable. Absolutely worth a trip out to China Town.

Unassuming clean facility. Food was remarkably good. Hand pulled noodles as they should be and slightly chewy. Had the pig ears which was done quite nicely and the noodles with tendon and the house special with beef, brisket and tripe. Meat was very tender and generous portions. Noodle portion was adequate but if you’re really hungry you may want to add additional noodles. Broth was clear and very tasteful. Will definitely be back.

Amazing food. I ordered the cucumber salad, pork dumplings, and beef noodle soup with extra noodles. Food came out hot and fresh. Perfect for a cold day.

The noodles were fantastic! We went on a Sunday right when they opened. I ordered chow hand pulled noodles with pork belly...Wow it was so delicious. It just had such great flavor that we didn't add anything extra...I have always been a fan of thicker noodles so the consistency was perfect. Just the right amount of chew to it perfectly pulled. Porky was nice and tender packed with rich flavor. There was chili oil and I think it was pickled mustard greens on the table. 100% recommend!
