This neighborhood favorite has only gotten better. The expanded Pan-Asian menu, which includes Mandarin, Szechuan, Cantonese, Thai, Korean, and Japanese dishes, has useful symbols for food that is spicy, vegetarian, etc. The salt and pepper tofu is just amazing.

“For the last 7 years, Little Wok has been a Friday night take-home specialty.”

For the last 7 years, Little Wok has been a Friday night take-home specialty. Once every few months we dine in - as we did again tonight. One of my twin daughters was diagnosed with cancer at age 4 while here in Skokie, and one of the only foods she'd eat was Little Wok's egg drop soup. Not anyone else's (believe me, we tried several.) They give my girls special kids' chopsticks and are so kind and generous. It always feels like we're special guests and everyone is always friendly and kind. We go here for birthday dinners or "hungry after gymnastics" dates. We're moving and we're all a bit sad to leave Little Wok behind. Thank you for nearly a decade of delicious meals and comfort.

5+5🌟 cleanliness and friendliness. I have to admit, Chef will accommodate. When you go in, you'll swear Chef popped out of a martial arts action flick. Mr. Miyagi meets Jackie Chan, I'm not kidding! 🤼 The staff was wonderful. The food was excellent, extremely fresh, the walnut and honey shrimp had huge walnut halves and not just a couple. The honey sauce was thick. The cucumber salad was delicious and fresh. My pot stickers were fried and gigantic. Very delicious. My sesame beef was done to perfection, and There was no skimping on the accoutrements. I also had a freshly made strawberry smoothie to go with my dinner. My wife also had the lemon tea which was amazing!🍣🥗🍚🥟 The atmosphere was cozy and friendly. Everything was extremely clean. 👌 Do yourself a favor and set down and relax with some really really good food and conversation. Because of Chef, and food quality, I would say Little wok in Evanston is a destination! 🏃

“My friend starting bring me here!”

My friend starting bring me here!! Literally my favorite place now!! We had a male waiter the first time, a woman the second time, and both were super nice and attentive!! The best sushi. For some reason the cucumber and seaweed salad is amazing!!! Definitely coming back. New favorite place 🤣 He orders food from here all the time online. They have a Chinese menu (one side), Japanese menu on the other side. Update: It all started as a lunch date getting sushi 😂❤️ Little Wok is out favorite sushi/sashimi place!! Shrimp tempura sushi and eel/unagi sashimi, and crab rangoons!!😍😘

“Good place, looks nice and clean inside.”

Good place, looks nice and clean inside. The meat is gummy, low quality and has an odd taste even with all the spices. The good part is that, the staff is friendly and ready to help. There is plenty of parking spaces and a gas station in the same parking lot.

Not gonna lie, we sent the food back because it wasn’t to our liking. (Ordered orange chicken, pictured). Ownership was very understanding about the situation, and offered to cook us something else. We decided to pass, however this is a wholesome venue that looks promising. Stop by and give it a try!

“The food was disgusting.”

The food was disgusting. I ordered pad Thai and it soggy. Why is it colored red? Also they used pho noodles instead of pad Thai noodles, it was the lunch special with chicken and shrimp portion and it came with ONE shrimp. I also ordered salt and pepper squid and it was the smallest portion I’ve ever seen. It was also SUPER SALTY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO QUESTIONABLE, THEY RUB ME THE WRONG WAY.
