Tank Noodle
Tank Noodle is a longtime Uptown favorite known for pho with a refreshingly light yet richly flavored broth, plus chef-special water spinach, spring rolls, fresh chicken banh mi, and satisfying wraps. Its spacious, low-key setting works for solo diners, couples, and groups, while longtime regulars praise the friendly service—though some dishes can take 30 minutes or more during busy periods.

verbatim, from Google
“Ordered this lunch meal. It took awhile 30minutes, compared to when ordering pho which takes no less than 10 minutes. Also, I think I was given the plate from another table so my order would have taken much longer to come. The food was great though. I love this low-key place, I often dine here by myself and see a few who do as well.”

“The food was fast and delicious, I ordered the 7 (spring rolls) and the 40 (pho)”

“Good beef pho, a solid chicken banh mi, and friendly service. The pho broth had nice flavor, and the sandwich ingredients tasted fresh. It's a reliable spot that handles both the soups and sandwiches well. Overall, a good experience.”

“The Pho gets a 2/5 for me. Since I last came over a year ago, the meat was overcooked, the tendon undercooked, serving size was small with little meat. Broth was too salty to touch and brought the whole dish down a full start. Prices were fair but I would not return, I didn’t even want to finish the food. Only redeeming quality was the spring rolls, same as I remembered them, very tasty.”

“Toooo Much ice . Like drinking ICE CUBE with no liquid inside. Too pricey $10 for little liquid and full of ICE CUBE. No recommended. They tried to ripped Your pocket.”
“Pho was good, broth is refreshingly light but rich in taste. I'm a big fan of chef special water spinach.”
“My wife and I have been here countless times. Always VERY GOOD with prompt and friendly service.”
