“My first time having Jamaican food and I was so blown away that I HAD to immediately come onto Google to post a review. This is one of the most delicious meals I’ve had in my life, and I’m not exaggerating. The stewed oxtail was rich, fatty and melt-in-your-mouth tender; the steamed cabbage was so flavorful, and the plantains were sweet, caramelized and so delicious. While a little pricey ($30+ after tax for a Large), the portions are generous and worth every cent. The service was warm and lovely too, and they made me feel so welcome 🥰 This was my first time at Claire’s but I’ll definitely be back to try their Jerk Chicken, Jerk Pork and Goat Curry!”

The beef patty was rich and luscious without being too fatty and The pastry itself was perfectly crisp. The collard greens had just enough tang and were perfectly balanced with the fatty piece of pork as well. The rice and beans was great to soak up the gravy - I only wish there was more gravy. I'm coming back here for lunch and more. Lovely spot keep it up.”
