“They also offer canned kombucha and other beverages, fresh bananas, sweet potato chips Accessible tables and two comfy chairs some high top tables also and a high top bar seating with power outlets Music is loud All gender accessible restrooms Accessible paid street parking and downtown lots”
Ordered the Elvis. Half of the ingredients listed were missing so essentially paid $12 for açaí, banana, and chia seeds.
I went here for breakfast for two days in a row.
Look at the pictures below. One is the picture on thier website, the other is the 3/4 full container I got for $10.00.

“Their açai bowls are always fresh and delicious.”
Their açai bowls are always fresh and delicious. Eat one! Staff are typically kind and move quickly, but I would highly suggest utilizing their online order or walking in and using their kiosk. These bowls have a tendency to become softer pretty quickly, it’s best to eat up or stash in a freezer until your ready.

“I went there there during lunch hours.”
I went there there during lunch hours. They have protein bowls, wraps, açaí bowls and smoothies. Good and clear display of menu options so you get clarity on ingredients beforehand. 3 kiosks to place order (very convenient for shy ppl like me) I loved and enjoyed the protein bowl(v). I’d definitely like to come back and recommend others. I’ll try the smoothies next time ;)

“MARIBEL gave great service and answered all my questions about changing around ingredients.”
MARIBEL gave great service and answered all my questions about changing around ingredients. I ordered GR8 Greens with no honey or agave and it was sweet enough for me. I had a tough time deciding between green options and peanut butter options without even venturing into the many açaí bowls, salads, wraps, and burritos Every menu item is marked by protein grams, and symbols for vegetarian and vegan. Everything is gluten free unless marked! Order by app or at accessible height kiosk. They also offer canned kombucha and other beverages, fresh bananas, sweet potato chips Accessible tables and two comfy chairs some high top tables also and a high top bar seating with power outlets Music is loud All gender accessible restrooms Accessible paid street parking and downtown lots

“One of the good choices on a work day.”
One of the good choices on a work day. Do choose the bowl over burritos. A little expensive IMO.

Protein Bar & Kitchen is an underrated gem in the fast nutrition space! 💎 If you have a need for: expeditious meal prep 🏃♀️ 💨, healthy dining options 🥗, and don’t want to drop a fortune 💰, duck in! I’ve done both breakfast and lunches from them and haven’t been let down. Pictured is the Wrigley Peeled, Mocha Latte, along with the Mexicali Bowl. 😋 Each was crafted in front of me with fresh ingredients, consideration to portion size, and a great deal of care. Superior ingredients and flavors abound! Try it once and understand what I’ve been gifted for a new dining option! 🙌

“Oct 2024 We ordered lunch online here and decided to stay and eat when we picked it up.”
Oct 2024 We ordered lunch online here and decided to stay and eat when we picked it up. Note while their food is high in protein (like their store name suggests), they are also pretty high in fat and carbs. Their food is delicious, but I would not recommend this place for someone on a strict diet who is watching their macros. The place has two entrances, one opening onto the street and another opening into the rest of the building. The inside is dimly lit, with a cafe level of noise and music in the background. There are mainly 2-3 people tables, with some high chair tables and a bar. The bar also has outlets on the top. They also have two self-ordering koisks on the right side of the store. I noticed that most people arriving used those to order rather than talking to a person. The staff were polite, busy, and efficient. When we picked up our order, they made sure to remind us to pick our own napkins, utensils, and straws. They have 2 all gender bathrooms here. They require a code to enter, which you can ask one of the staff members for. I think they must change the code periodically, because the keypads on each bathroom were missing a few number keys, and the code would only be able to work on one of the doors. All of the food we tried was very delicious and very filling. We would definitely come again if just getting something to eat.

I recently visited Protein Bar & Kitchen for breakfast and tried the 'Sunrise Spinach & Pesto'💚 The overall experience was just okay. The server was not particularly friendly, but their service was adequate. The food itself was also somewhat underwhelming. The 'Sunrise Spinach & Pesto' was not as flavorful as I had hoped, though it was decent enough to finish🙂 The ingredients seemed fresh, but the dish lacked the punch I was expecting from a protein-focused restaurant. While the experience wasn't terrible, it wasn't particularly memorable either. If you're in a pinch and need a quick, healthy option, this place might work for you😊

“Good place for a healthy choice meal.”
Good place for a healthy choice meal. Everything tasted fresh. I had the steak bowl and it had cauliflower rice vs the regular rice. Steak portion was good however it was a little dry and chewy. Too much radish made the other flavors a little bitter. Clean place and pretty quick service.
