“Amazing food, their Cajun shrimp and grits is worth the try!”

“It was my favourite diner experience in Chicago. Good ambience, great service and excellent food. Apart from the usual breakfast menu, I loved their skillet menu! It's very satisfying if you want a savory breakfast or brunch (or any meal for that matter!). Oh and did I mention the optimum portion sizes? This mattered a lot to me who isn't a US resident and most definitely isn't used to huge portion sizes in every meal. We were able to finish all the dishes we ordered for ourselves without having any leftovers to be packed in takeaway boxes (and share an extra dish just for the indulgence! ). So on the whole, it checked every box unexpectedly! Now, I'm not in Chicago anymore and I sincerely miss Cosy corner. Can't wait to visit again in the future!”

“Cold snowy day. Waitress was great! Food was good portions and delicious...except for the cheese grits..I would not order those again....and this girl loves cheese grits.”

“Chilaquiles to-go 10/10, service was impeccable & worth the price. Will be returning soon with folks, it’s nice to have a reliable breakfast place nearby”

“I got the chilaquiles with eggs, beans, rice and steak. I was amazed at how crispy tender and moist the steak was.”

“The pancakes are definitely the star of the story! Our server was great, a very clean establishment.”

“Still great to have this in the neighborhood. Most people use as a breakfast place. A great lunch special keeps be coming back.”

“Amazing experience. Once again, I forgot to get the waitress name. However, everyone was so nice. The food was delicious. I got both pancakes and the Belgium waffle. I ended up finishing the waffle.”

“During my first visit to this Cozy Corner locatiom, I presented the Early Bird card, which was displayed on our table, to Carolina when my friend and I ordered the Denver Omelette. She proceeded with our order. We later realized it was a holiday, and the card explicitly states "Holidays excluded." While I acknowledge my oversight in not reading the fine print, Carolina could have informed us that the special was not applicable that day. As the manager later stated, "I told her to remove all deal cards from tables and they didn't listen." Management did not take any additional actions. We paid the agreed-upon regular price. Not coming here again”
