“Never again will I be ordering anything from here! I placed an order for my daughter birthday cake and I wanted a small confetti cake but because of the image I wanted they said it would have to be squared and a bigger size. I didn't want to buy a big cake but because I wanted my daughter to have a good birthday I went ahead and placed the order. The day came to pick it up and my wife went to pick up and she didn't what I had ordered. I got home and we were ready and when I grabbed the cake it wasn't at all what I ordered and there was no picture and the cake was round instead of the square they said that I needed to order. I called them to let them know and the first thing they did was give me attitude and said they couldn't do it because some problems with the printer but what I don't understand is why didn't they communicate and call to tell me they just handed the cake over and never said anything about it. The day my wife went to get the money they said they would return to us only for the lady to give her more attitude and say it was only a $3 difference and made her wait until all the customers left. The whole point was that I wanted a small cake because it was a small gathering but they made me get a bigger one because of the image but the image never was on it and they didn't even seem to care that was the reason I was complaining about because I would have chosen a small cake instead. I would not recommend this to anyone at all because of poor customer service and they don't get your order right at all. Wish I could give it a 0.”
