La Pâtisserie P — the Pastries leads at this top-tier Uptown bakery spot. A holdout in the best possible way. The cooking is rooted in real tradition. Mochi ani: "The croissant’s layers were so flaky and crisp and the ube was the perfect amount of sweetness" [$]

Absolutely incredible pastries and one of the best bakeries I’ve visited in Chicago! Peter Yuen and the team truly created something special here. The croissants were perfectly flaky, buttery, and fresh out of the oven. Every pastry looked beautiful and tasted even better. especially the chocolate croissant and almond pastry. The quality, texture, and presentation are all top tier. You can really feel the passion and craftsmanship behind every item. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt cozy and authentic. Definitely worth coming early because the best pastries sell out fast. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing pastries in Chicago. 5 stars without hesitation!” ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is my local bakery and it's absolutely GREAT! All types of freshly baked goods, sweet AND savory. Their briased pork-belly croissant is out of this world, man!

Wow! They have so many treats and they seem to go fast! They have the whole flavor palate from sweet to savory including fruit puddings to tuna buns. Very fair prices for large pastries! Small area inside to order so take it to go and enjoy all the shops and spots nearby too!

I adore the pastries here. My sister and I got a windmill pastry, an ube croissant, and a tiramisu. Literally the most delicious ones of each we have EVER had. The croissant’s layers were so flaky and crisp and the ube was the perfect amount of sweetness. The tiramisu had us both in awe as well. To top it off, the sweetest woman gave us some sesame red bean buns to try and we have been talking about them ever since! Incredible! 11/10 recommend!

My wife got the ube bread and I got the spicy bbq pork bun. The pork bun was pretty good, but it didn’t have as much filling as I expected for the price. The ube bread though was delicious. Soft and perfect flavoring.

Where do I start? The café is adorable. The pastries are incredible. The cappuccinos are true Italian Roma cappuccinos.but, the Crew is beyond freindly always smiling they’re truly passionate about their jobs..This is a must if you live or visiting Chicago. The windmill cookies are light crispy, and pure delicious ecstasy.
