“This is my favorite smash burger in Chicago, the photo doesn't do it justice. Everything about this is perfect, the burger is juicy and flavorful, the cheese is the perfect consistency, their sauce is amazing. You can tell they use extremely high quality ingredients. Also, their cookies are awesome, and this location even has a photo booth.”
“NADC Burger was incredible... Imagine this, two patties stacked on top of each other with melty cheese slices in between. Every bite was juicy, and packed with flavor. The layers of beef and cheese made it feel like a little party in your mouth. The golden, crispy fries went perfectly with it and really completed the burger. The place was quiet when we went since they just opened, so we were basically the first ones eating there. Right after, it got packed. The staff was super nice too, even gave us a homemade cookie, which was a sweet little extra. Honestly, everything just worked. The burger, the fries, the vibe, and the friendly staff made it a really solid experience. Definitely coming back next time I’m around.”
“Exceptional service. Mistakes happen, specially when its chaotic. Kudos for the fast recovery of their team. Fries got missed when food was brought over and immediately an apology and a fresh basket brought over. Food was fantastic. The burgers I would say rank just slightly behind Little Bad Wolf. Fries have a distinct crunch to them that pairs well with the sauces. Pretty cool place overall.”
“Some places.. you just need to grab your food and go and NADC is most definitely one of those places. I was SO exited to come here and grab me a burger and that excitement quickly dwindled as soon as I entered the restaurant… As someone who works in F&B and knows how negative reviews can sometimes impact a business…. I won’t go into detail. I asked one of the employees what their name was and they even joked and told me they gave me a fake name in case I wanted to complain lol clearly NADC burger will continue to be successful without me patronizing them… However, if the owner cares at all about the betterment of his business and the environment of his restaurants he’d consider making sure the people that run it have some type of hospitality.”
