Intimate and inviting, Amaru's Latin cuisine was flavorful and an incredible taste journey. The piononos were bacon wrapped bursts of ecstasy , the softer textures crisped by the pork. Crawfish empanadas were beautifully presented and tasted even better than they looked. The service with Paula was great - energetic but respectful of the conversation my friends and I were enjoying. The drinks were delicious - not too powerful but not watered down. 5 stars! this quaint spot!

I had a wonderful experience at Amaru. The food was excellent full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The service was just as impressive. Our server, Paula, was incredibly attentive and made us feel truly welcomed throughout the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning!

This establishment is a must! The food was really really really good! The drinks were good too. I did not get a great deal of pictures because as soon as the food got to the table we devoured it. Just take my word and go. Special shout out to Itzel, she made is feel so welcome, but the entire staff was warm and friendly as well. Highlights for me were the Coconut Fried Rice, Bunuelos, Octopus and Ceviche. The guava cheesecake wow. And every cocktail was perfection. Service with a smile too. Delicious food and great staff! Food: we tried the ceviche and coconut fried rice. They we both so great. Already know we will be returning to have another again. For mains we did the pollo and pulpo, each was packed with flavor and a beautiful presentation Drinks: we tried a mezcal cocktail and the Pina colada. The glassware was absolutely adorable and drinks were well crafted Staff: the staff was top tier! They were fast, attentive, friendly, and passionate about providing great service

“I went here to celebrate my cousins birthday.”

I went here to celebrate my cousins birthday. The food came out fast and hot we ordered Yuki fries, sweet plantain ,coconut rice, the chicken, crab cake, whole fish, and the lions main mushroom, and all the desserts available. Being the vegetarian in the group everything I ate was delicious the lions main mushroom was fantastic. The family said they enjoyed the chicken and the fish was crispy delicious. We enjoyed 1 out of the 3 desserts I didn't particularly enjoy the chocolate cake or the sponge cake I believe it was and neither did anyone else. But it didn't affect the fact that everything else was still amazing😊

Amaru is unique in that its menu has food from so many different cultures and styles. Service was very friendly and mostly fast. Lomo Boliviano had some awesome flavor for a steak, and the sides were tasty. Yucca fries were perfectly made. Drinks were also good. Prices are average and I feel like the portions could have been better or prices reduced a little. Be aware: They also add a 20% service charge that’s given to all employees, and the waitress makes sure to let you know that they personally do not receive it. So you’re kind of stuck tipping on top of the service charge. The food is worth a try but it’s a bit pricey for what you get.
