I would say, i like this place. Good food, especially good portions, but a bit overpriced especially for appetizers and desserts ($15?!) BUT great summer spot, fantastic outdoor seating though limited. Sits right in shaded area so makes the heat bearable. Server was very sweet. Note it is a peak finance bro and sports destination which might be intimidating.

I am part of a Real Estate Investment Group that meets in the building with the bowling alley at the top floor. The first time that I stepped foot into this space it was mesmerizing! The new environment is definitely my cup of tea. This establishment was built in the early 1900s and has been refurbished and reconditioned to match its original eloquent yet unrefined manufacturing era decor. The original rolling winch that was used in the manufacturing facility along with all of the structural steel and brick has been cleaned and restored to its original state. I love my investment Group and this facility makes the experience all the more exciting! I haven't gotten a chance to eat at any of the restaurants on site but the service and cleanliness of the facilities is superb. If you hadn't got a chance to go check out City social then I definitely recommend getting by like ASAP. This is a must-see and is definitely a very welcome addition to the Baton Rouge food and social scene. This is basically a small little community in itself and fosters community relationships and the like with it's welcoming environment and atmosphere. It is like an explosion of artistic insight with architectural brilliance that come together so eloquently.

Delicious food, we ordered the carna asada flatbread and sliders for lunch. 10/10 on both items, the flatbread was spicy but a flavorful spice that wasn't overpowering and complimented well. The drinks were good. Our favorite was the city sunset. The flatbread and sliders with 6 or 7 drinks was around $120

Very busy. Very loud. Very good. Excellent choice of beers, wines and spirits. The staff are really on the ball. 14 big screens showing all available sports. I didn't eat but what I saw looked pretty good.

“Had an amazing experience here with some friends.”

Had an amazing experience here with some friends. Got here around the time they opened and we were seated where we wanted to. As time went on we saw the restaurant pick up as more customers got there and it was packed by the time we left. Food was amazing and well prepared. Service was excellent and the waitstaff were so incredibly accommodating. Most definitely coming back here again.

Hangout bar in the downtown loop with nice music and ambience. They've got a large selection of shareables and large plates. The Nashville Hot chicken sandwich is more like a toast and is pretty mild as opposed to being fiery hot. Drinks are reasonably priced and there's plenty of seating space unless you're here at peak hours on Thu-Fri evenings.

I went here last night, and overall it was a decent place. The appetizers were delicious, the jalapeño poppers were my favorite! The pizza dip was also really good. The tortilla soup was tasty as well. The Royale with Cheese, however, was just an average burger—nothing special. The vibes were good, our server was nice, and the place was clean overall.
