“Great Cuban food spot. The guac was very flavorful, empanadas flavorful, the Spanish chicken curry was the table's favorite dish. Tender chicken and a delicious curry. Steak was tender.”

“We came at lunch. We had delicious fish tacos, enchiladas, and ceviche. Reasonably priced too!”

“Excellent cuban sandwiches, great service. Chimichurri was phenomenal.”

“The chef who made our food made my day, he is a total maestro, he brought the food himself and I could sense the pride he had in his creation. The wait staff were very friendly and reminded me of back home. I ordered Pollo de Limon - which takes 30mins but was absolutely worth the wait, their mojitos are literally the best in Chicago and the coconut rum dessert was very delicious. It’s been 3 weeks and I still remember the food and the experience.”

“It was super nice. Music wasn't too loud, but in the background. The food was great. Servers were very friendly.”

“The Steak Jibarito was the best thing I've eaten all year! The plantain for the bread of the sandwich took it over the top. Also the Jalapeño Caipirinhas was the perfect blend of spicy, sweet, and refreshing!”

“This place is fantastic. I was here alone, sat at the bar. The vibe is lively without being overwhelming. Upbeat music that’s loud enough to set the mood but not so loud you’re yelling to talk. I orders the ceviche, it was delicious. It came in a bowl with a spoon, and tortilla chips and plantains on the side. I far prefer this over ceviche plated directly on a tostada. Let’s you decide the scoop. The entree was a Jalea De Mariscos. The coconut flavor was there, but not overpowering. Big portion. Lots of delicious seafood. It also didn’t have too much rice. Sometimes these types of dishes have too much rice and too few proteins. This is reversed. Rice was the side, seafood the main show. Will be back!”

“Wow!! Such a wonderful restaurant. Real latino food. Highly recommended!”

“Love this place! Good family restaurant vibes. Food is always dank and mojitos are strong. Vaca frita was outstanding!! Chimichurri sauce that came with the Cuban had a lot of flavor as well”

“Nos encanto, el ambiente, el servicio, Juan el bantender y su trato afable. Despues de las 11:00pm los sabados tienen DJ en vivo, el mejor ambiente latino en Chicago. Un lugar donde te sientes bienvenido.”

“Restaurant très agréable, pas trop bruyant, avec un service impeccable, personnels très gentil et souriant. Leurs mojito sont vraiment excellent, tous comme leur plats. Les prix sont tout-à-fait correct, ni trop chère ni pas assez.”

“Some of the best Cuban food! Enjoyed mojitos and a few outstanding dishes. Every dish we ordered was delicious, savory and bursting with flavor. The portions sizes were more than enough. It was so good, we left empty plates. Menu has a large selection of dishes. Try the Churassco, Vieja Roja and the Cuban Pork. Closed out with coffee and the coconut flan for dessert. The staff was very friendily and attentive. Atmosphere is cozy, warm and calm. Highly recommend you stop in for lunch or dinner.”
