Guys, I don’t know what else to say except it’s worth every bite. Each dish is thoughtfully designed, with flavors that are deliberate and very very beautifully balanced. Nothing overwhelms—no excess salt, fat, or acidity—just clean, harmonious flavors that let the ingredients shine. The service is warm and genuinely approachable. Absolutely a place I’ll be returning to 🩷🩷🩷🩷

We had a great time trying the leap of faith menu. It was curated to our specific preferences and food allergies. It is on the pricier end but we left full and satisfied! The wagyu picanha was so tender and flavorful, truly a must have. The only negative were the table runners being a little too eager to clear plates even if we weren’t fully done they also seemed a little upset throughout the service.

Highly recommend. The ramen was very flavorful. We booked our table the night before, the restaurant was full and quite noisy. The staff are excellent at hospitality. The interior is nicely done with unique cutlery and utensils. A group of 5/6 people can go. Took around 15 mins to serve. The menu has a decent number of options, with flavorful tastes. Highly recommend it if you are looking for delicious food at a high price range. Paid parking.

The whole experience was amazing. We did family style and shared a few of the plates. THE PORK WAS AMAZING, so was the fish, so was everything to be honest. The server was super professional and all of the staff was very nice. I would definitely go back. 5/5!

So impressed with this place, the steak was amazing and the staff was super kind and attentive. The best service I’ve seen in my life and probably the best steak too. The space is also very pretty, low lights and a nice atmosphere.

Definitely one of the best restaurants in Chicago. The flavors are insane and the presentation of the food was incredible! Definitely should be and feels like a Michelin star restaurant and I would absolutely be going back 👏🏻

Walked in later afternoon during the Art Walk, was sat at the back room ledge bar, shortly after a bartender came over and sat me at the bar. Had the fresh tuna crudo, yummy roasted sweet potatoes and a couple Marx Jungle Boogies! Food was excellent as well as the service.

This place was amazing. Everything was perfect. My brother invited my wife and I out for dinner. From the moment we got there everything went perfect. The host was very energetic and seemed like she likes her job. We were seated right away. Then the food came............ Wow was it amazing. The place itself was very clean everybody was very professional. Our waitress I think her name was Kat. She was great. A very big help with recommendations. Overall I will definitely come back oh and sunday's happy hour is all night at the bar.

We were amazed by the food! We loved everything we ordered and were equally surprised by the side dish as well! Every dish was packed with flavors and different textures. The only thing that felt okay was the noodle. They are on the pricier side but both food and service lived up to the expectations.

Brasero was an incredible brunch experience. We started with the ceviche, bright and refreshing with chunks of avocado, tender shrimp, and a citrusy broth that popped with flavor. The plantain chips on the side were golden, crisp, and perfect for scooping. The breakfast sandwich was hearty and unique, built on a cornmeal-dusted bun with layers of eggs, cheese, and smoky meat. Paired with crispy hash browns, it was comfort food done at a higher level. The chicken and waffles hit all the right notes. The waffles were airy with a golden crunch, the fried chicken was juicy and seasoned beautifully, and the sweet-spicy drizzle tied everything together. The steak sandwich was bold and rich, stacked with tender beef, chimichurri, and a runny egg that soaked into the bread with every bite. The hash browns again were spot on, crisp and golden. We finished with pastries, which were warm, sweet, and indulgent. The peach roll was gooey and fragrant, while the muffin had a crunchy top and soft center that made it hard to stop eating. Daniel, our server, was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept the meal flowing at the perfect pace. His energy made the whole experience even better. Brasero balances bold flavors with thoughtful presentation. It felt both comforting and exciting, and I will absolutely be back.

I brought my brother and his wife to celebrate his (voluntary) retirement from the workforce. It was a great choice: the restaurant is warmly decorated, the food is terrific, the server was attentive, and the wine choices are excellent. I have to comment especially about the sommelier, Alex. We’d ordered both spicy seafood dishes as well as steak. I asked him to suggest a lively wine that would be versatile enough to accommodate the varying flavors. He brought three bottles of Latin American wines to the table and used delightful stories to describe the qualities of each. I wanted to drink all three, but chose one of them. It was fabulous and beautifully complemented the food. I will definitely go back to sample more of their wines! The only negative was that the atmosphere, while vibrant, is also quite loud. The restaurant was full of happy people, making it hard to hear the server — and he also had difficulty hearing me. Because of the volume of conversation, we all had to raise our voices to converse, thus contributing to the overall noise level. If some sound absorption features could be added to the ceiling or walls, I think it would improve the dining experience.

Come here hungry, you will want to try EVERYTHING. Start with the cheese bread. Grilled oysters are very yummy. Steak and yuca fries delicious, you know when you bit into a soft steak and it melts in your mouth. Omg. And some of the pieces of steak with fat that melts. The noodles are a MUST!!! Shrimp, rock fish, clams, ramen noodles in a flavorful coconut broth you will want the BIG order. Heirloom tomato salad is light and refreshing. Save room for dessert 🍨 the ice cream and toppings taste just like a Samoa cookie 🍪 😋. Sit at the bar for the 5-7pm happy hour. Food focused but dis get their spin on a G&T with coconut 🥥 light and refreshing, not too sweet. I highly recommend this restaurant, named a top 10 new restaurant. Can't wait to go back and eat here again.
