The noodles and meat were fresh and well prepared, and each bowl was packed with authentic flavor. If you’re looking for truly outstanding pho in Chicago, this place is a must. Highly recommended!

“The best damn pho in IL!!!”

The best damn pho in IL!!!! Since this is just my first try, I’d have to come back for Bun Bo Hue. I had pho suon bo & gan and it took me to heaven and back. Will come back for more!!!! Update, Now that i have been going here for about three months, regularly, i can definitely say that this place offers one of the best pho and bun bo hue here in IL.

Our regular Pho spot is closed on Thursday so we tried these guys out and were not disappointed at all We both got Pho Tai the Broth was on point with lots of depth and flavor The Rare beef was still pink so very fresh and the noodles weren't stuck together this was a perfect meal We both left full and very satisfied that we have a backup to our usual stop This is a small place with limited space so be patient if it busy it filled up while we were eating. just wish they made fruit smoothies for my husband.

First time trying this pho, and I’m convinced it’s the best I’ve ever had! The broth is incredibly rich and flavorful, the noodles are perfectly chewy, and the staff is both kind and efficient. I’m so glad I gave this place a try! If you’re in the area and craving amazing pho, this is the spot to go. There is plenty of parking on the side as well!

This place was recommended to me by many Chicago pho enthusiasts, and it did not disappoint! A lot of great menu options made it hard to choose, but I typically judge a pho place by their chicken pho (Pho Ga) and they have a couple of options for that choice. Prices are great for quantity and quality. The broth was rich and deep with flavor! It really hit the spot. I also got the shrimp and pork spring rolls and they were ok; the slices of pork were rather bland and cut in large chunks. The accompanying peanut sauce was lovely though. Definitely a great little gem! It does get very busy at dinner time though but there is plenty of parking!

Cute place. Very cozy. Staff is very efficient and attentive. We had the Super Bowl, lemongrass chicken and vietnamese iced coffee. It was good, lots noodles but, unfortunately my wife did not taste the lemongrass. Will try something different next time. Priced a tad higher usual. Will come back for another try. 2/23/23 we returned and things have changed. We ordered the super bowl, salty ck fried rices and vietnamese iced coffee. The staff was very gracious and the food was flavorful. Best of all, I feel the priced paid justified. So, changing 4 to 5 stars. 11/23/24, we had the beef ribs pho and salt and pepper shrimps. Delicious. Great staff.

Great pho, but you really can't go wrong with any dish on the menu. The spicy shredded chicken soup is such a comfort food, and great to pick up and have at home if you have a cold. Great appetizers. HUGE portions

A small restaurant with about 10 tables but always packed. Food is amazingly good for the reasonable prices. They are known for their pho, especially chicken pho. Bun Bo Hue is as good just a bit salty. Bun thit nuong is another good contender. The vegetarian options are varied. I also love their iced coffee. Service is quick most of the time unless it’s rush hour.

Went with my Vietnamese friends family, as it was their favorite in the area - glad to say I was not disappointed! Every dish I tried was great but my main course was Bun Bo Hue, which was killer. Great flavor in the broth and the pork knuckle was delicious. The consistency of the rice noodles was also superb.

During a class, I asked for suggestions for Vietnamese food and this was the suggestion. We arrived around 5:30ish on a Wednesday and was immediately seated. We placed our orders and the food began arriving... Every single item ordered was hot and fresh. We started with springrolls, they were small and unassuming but we were so wrong. That filling was perfectly seasoned. We had the crispy wings and it you like plain wings with an amazing crunch....this should be your go to. Those wings were dynamite. We ordered flank pho...the small bowl and it was ginormous. The broth was perfection and the fresh veggie platter was plentiful. Overall this was a great choice that was very reasonably priced.
