Our server (Lee i think) was so kind and welcoming. The food was phenomenal. We had the lettuce wraps with yellow curry soup and taro, and waterfall chicken. The cocktails were so unique too. dare i say this is my new favorite restaurant in Chicago.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this fantastic Vietnamese restaurant, and I was truly impressed! The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with authentic flavors, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and warm. What really stood out to me was their amazing ginseng infusion—there were beautiful glass jars filled with ginseng extract, which not only looked stunning but also provided a wonderful boost. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience that I highly recommend!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Tank Kitchen & Bar for our wedding, and I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make my wife’s dream wedding come true — and all on short notice. The team not only catered the event but also helped with décor and set-up, which completely transformed the space into something elegant and memorable. Their attention to detail was outstanding. The cocktail hour was a huge hit, especially the tuna tartare, which guests are still raving about! The dessert table was another highlight — beautifully presented, filled with a variety of treats, and it was gone almost instantly because everyone loved it so much. On top of the amazing food and presentation, the Tank Noodle & Bar team was professional, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. They answered all of our questions quickly, worked seamlessly with the venue staff, and made sure everything ran smoothly. If you’re looking for a caterer that not only delivers delicious food but also helps bring your vision to life, Tank Noodle & Bar is the way to go. First time here, and will definitely return. The pho was flavorful and delicious, especially with the chili oil. I was pleasantly surprised with how large of a portion the regular size was. My server was kind and attentive, and the staff seemed very friendly.

“This place is amazing.”

This place is amazing! Very spacious, inviting, clean and ambient establishment. Everything we ordered was so good and on point. Definitely an upscale restaurant. Drinks were not watered down. My favorite of all times was the Lychee Kiss. It was always perfect! My regular server, the guy who always wears black and a hat, is soooo friendly and accommodating. He always makes our dining experience great.

This place was amazing! Ordered the passionfruit mango refresher, shrimp spring rolls and the wonton soup with rice noodles and mixed vegetables. Drink: I highly recommend the passion fruit mango refresher. It was not overly sweet and gave a very refreshing taste. App: The shrimp spring rolls came with a sauce and it was great. They were pretty decent in size. Soup: Now this is were it all came down to. I LOVED this soup. I got a regular rice noodle wonton mixed vegetables soup and it was great!! The portions here are great! I would definitely be coming back and big ol shout out to our server LEE he was great very attentive and super nice. The music was on point 👍. If you’re in town for a visit, highly de recommend this spot

I had a great Sunday afternoon lunch date here. The uptown spritz was delightful and not watered down. I took sips of my wife’s boba and thought it was well-made. We got the shrimp and pork spring rolls as the appetizer, and the sauce was a big highlight. The pho had phenomenal broth, tasty beef (sometimes chewy like the other reviews say) and a generous amount of bean sprouts and basil on the side. I’m not a frequent pho eater, but I would come back for this! I also took a bite of my wife’s vermicelli dish and absolutely loved it too. There are many other dishes I want to try on this menu. Although other reviewers complain about price, I felt that the portions were generally fair for everything we ordered. We both took leftovers home; including most of the pho in my case. We paid $68 for our app, mains, and drinks, not including tip. Now we’ll need to come back for the happy hour specials and save some money :) The space as a whole looks new, and there’s a ton of space for patrons. We had attentive service from Trung, and he adeptly answered all of our questions. We were the only people dining in, which is wild because this restaurant truly deserves more business. Don’t sleep on this place!

10/10 Would Recommend. Fun atmosphere. Great Service: Even Better Food. Music mix was fun and upbeat. I ordered the Shredded Beef Pho , Spring Pork Rolls and their Gin Cocktail.
