“If you want something warm to get you through a cold Chicago winter, this is the place to go I ordered their pho (P4 on their menu) and not only was it served hot (which is necessary for a 20 degree day) but the portion was huge My fiance ordered their red curry noodle soup & only had good things to say about- she said it was spicy so just be prepared for that Their pho also has a combo option available for Thai iced tea with 2 pieces of crab rangoon, good upgrade if you’re coming in hungry Overall, the restaurant was well kept & service was quick & friendly”

“I visited Pho Lime for the first time with my partner.”

I visited Pho Lime for the first time with my partner. We ordered the garlic chili dumplings, beef pho, and fresh spring rolls. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and great quality. The services was great as well. We are definitely going to be coming back here…Oh the portions are huge, but I’m not complaining.

We tried the small chicken pho with extra vegetables and it was fantastic. The vegetables were fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, served in their own delicious broth. The chicken was tender, and the balance of noodles, broth, and toppings was excellent. Every bite was satisfying and well thought out.

“So nice to have other options than standard pho and banh mi, even though those are great.”

So nice to have other options than standard pho and banh mi, even though those are great! Got the red curry noodle soup and this thing came out in a bowl the size of a small sink. I ate for 40 minutes and I feel like the soup level line went down a few centimeters only. Also got the papaya salad. My friend got the pho and he said the broth was excellent. Friendly, quick and efficient service. Definitely worth a visit!

“Excellent place for a meal!”

Excellent place for a meal!! I ordered the lemongrass wings, the strawberry sparkling drink, and the chicken pho. The entire staff was very nice, the WAITED for me to nearly finish eating my appetizer before they brought my entree. Small detail, but so important! Because I hate when other places bring the entree WITH the appetizer. Everything i had here was EXCELLENT! And they even remembered me from last week—and greeted me as such—while i sit here in their restaurant writing this review. I highly recommend coming here!

“The ambiance is nice when dining in.”

The ambiance is nice when dining in. We have eaten here multiple times and the food has been consistent. Our go to is the Pho and the Bun Bo Hue. Thai iced tea is refreshing and pairs well with the soup. The bowls are huge. It is also so nice that they pack leftovers for you AND separate the soup from the noodles—good service indeed.

I’ve been here a few times and service and food is always excellent. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food is great, I’ve only been there for the lunch special, for $11 dollars it comes with a drink, appetizer and entree. I will say I wish it came with just a little more meat but overall not a bad deal. Please never get rid of the lunch special! Flavors were great, I’ve had pho elsewhere and it was not as good as this place, plenty of seating although one thing that would make this place a bit more cozy would be softer lighting. I like that they play different music, each time I have been it’s been a wide mix of things so I think the staff picks based on their mood which I’m fine with, better than hearing the same thing each time. I did order takeout once but idk didn’t taste the same? Maybe just me but pho hits better fresh at the table, I only live five minutes away so I’ll just go in and sit. Overall nice little spot close to home for me, staff is very nice, place and bathrooms are always clean, will continue to visit.

“The portions seem large enough.”

The portions seem large enough. I've been there about four times in the last three months and was never disappointed. All the vegetables except for lettuce are pickled and delicious. The smell of air fresheners that hangs over the store bothers me a little.

Wanted to try this out after family landed from the airport. It was 8:45p so just so to-go. I thought this was the best to-go pho and bun bo hue I’ve ever had. Flavors were spot on. Broth was piping hot to allow a proper cook of the meat. The veggies included were top notch. Definitely making this place a regular stop for us now
