5/5 stars! If I could give more stars I would! Leo and Angela made my experience so warm and welcoming! They made sure I had everything I needed and of course the Pho was amazing! If I could eat here everyday I would. The portion was very good! I was full and still had leftovers!! Overall great experience, I highly recommend!!

First time trying pho and (I’m assuming the owner) pointed me in a good direction for what I should try, the food was amazing. The portion sizes are huge for what you pay for, I’ll get a few meals out of 1 order of pho. The service was exceptional and sets the standard. Eat here. Get the no. 23 with calamari and load it up with fixings.

We had our late night snack for our wedding from here. We ordered the steamed buns, several banh mi options and egg rolls. Everything was amazing. Everything was fresh. Delicious, fresh food served in a cozy, attractive setting. I have a highly positive opinion about this owner-operated restaurant and have eaten there about 12 times over the past month. The service is great and the place (including the bathrooms) is super clean and feels upbeat. Everything I have had from the spring rolls, to its many pho options and its other menu items has been a special treat. Too bad I am from out-of-town but this place would be great to go with a date, for a work outing or a group of friends. You can bring your own beer or wine, too. Owner Leo puts a lovely personal touch in everything. A must try!

Pho 89 is a fantastic spot for authentic Vietnamese food! I highly recommend the fresh spring rolls (Gỏi cuốn). As you can see from my picture, they were beautifully prepared with fresh ingredients and the peanut sauce was absolutely perfect. The pho here is also amazing – the broth is so rich and flavorful. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is very clean. It's my go-to for a delicious and comforting meal!

Such a hidden gem! We eat pho once a week and this is the best place in Illinois ! We have tried pho in 3 states and this is one of the top ones! Definitely the best in the state!

You're either perfect or you're not phơ89. My girlfriend and I had finished watching a movie nearby and took a chance to try a new spot. My gosh was this amazing, simply entering the doors, the mood was relaxing and inviting. Aesthetically pleasing, the bathroom was so cute. The service was very polite from the staff, and they gave recommendations while being very patient with us. A short wait and we received our food. It smelled delicious and the first bite took both of us out. We ate until we had to unbuckle our pants. An amazing experience and we will be returning in the future.✨️ Thank you again to the servers and cooks, as well as whoever was on aux!

Cozy place, lovely staff and delicious food. Food comes out decently fast, good presentation and well-seasoning. Manager and waiter are friendly and helpful, they make sure you are taken care off. The decoration is warm, urban with a little modern touch, great for family gathering or anniversary date. We travelled over an hour to get to this place multiple times and had great experience every single time. Highly recommend.
