“Their entrance is on Court Pl. not on Jefferson Ave. Turn left around the corner from Quigley's Irish Pub I had a wonderful lunch at Viceroy Indian Restaurant and left thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding; warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff made me feel right at home, and I honestly cannot say anything negative about the service. The food was excellent as well. The garlic naan was absolute perfection, fluffy, flavorful, with just the right amount of garlic and perfectly charred spots. It’s easily one of the best I’ve had. I ordered the spicy lamb curry, and the curry sauce itself was amazingly rich, bold, and packed with authentic spices that had just the right heat level. The lamb was tasty, though it could have been a touch more tender. That said, I know finding consistently melt-in-your-mouth lamb isn’t always easy, so I wasn’t bothered by it. Overall, the dish was still a winner. I finished with gulab jamun, which was pretty good, sweet, warm, and satisfying after the spicy meal. What really stood out was the value. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and service you receive. You get a true Indian restaurant experience without the inflated costs you sometimes see elsewhere.”

“We had arranged our daughter's graduation party here. The owner, Mr. Ali was very helpful and accommodative and let us come in early to set up the decoration. He also kept the restaurant closed for the entire afternoon to host the private event. We had 65 guests altogether which felt a little crowded for the space, but we managed. Foods were really good and reasonably priced. Everybody liked the food and enjoyed the afternoon. Thanks to Mr. Ali and his crew for the whole arrangement with a 2 weeks notice.”

“We arrived around 4 PM and were immediately seated. We ordered lamb tikka masala, paneer tikka masala, samosas, jeera rice, sweet lassi, salt lassi, and roti/naan bread. Everything tasted fantastic! The tikka masala was full of flavor, it was creamy, tangy, and absolutely delicious. The lamb was soft and tender. One thing that surprised me was the sweet lassi, it wasn't overly sweet like most lassis, which I really enjoyed! The samosas came out fresh, hot, and super crispy. Everyone here was exceptionally nice and very accommodating. Overall, I really enjoyed the food and would definitely come back!”
“Went out looking for a good halal Indian restaurant and this did not disappoint. The samosas were lovely, a nice change from the disappointment we usually face. The kabab platter was nice, but it gave a funny aftertaste. Also, it would be nice to be given proper glasses.”
