The low review folks are off the mark in my opinion. It’s river north, the portions are small and it’s expensive. This spot stands out along the soulless, corporate “reimagined” Asian spots in the neighborhood. It’s good, it’s fast, it’s honest. Big fan.

Pad thai was fairly tasteless. Crab fried rice was decent and the crab rangoon was strong. The micro cup of dipping sauce was impossible to dip from though.

“Never had a negative experience until today.”

Never had a negative experience until today. I made an online order today and it said it would be ready at a certain time. I left work and got there a few minutes after it said the order to be complete. As soon as I walk in, there is nobody in there and my order was not prepared. NO EMPLOYEE IN SIGHT. I walked around and still couldn't find anyone. I called their number 3 times while I was there so the phone would ring to see if anyone would come answer it and shocker, nobody came. I yelled hello and slid chairs so I would make a noise to see if anyone would come and still nothing. I EVEN WALKED TO THE BACK OF THE KITCHEN AND NOBODY WAS THERE! I stood there and waited 20 minutes and nobody came. I had to leave and go back to work so I walked out without the meal that I paid for which is really disappointing. I feel like I got robbed so I called the service site that I ordered through to try and get a refund. They told me I had to take it up with the business in order to get a refund. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DO THAT WHEN THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE AND NOBODY IS THERE! I was really disappointed as this is one of the healthier options around my work and the food is good, but they were not capable of fulfilling my order at all.
