“Food is really good / tasty here , for the price they give you a lot of food . Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to eat on Devon st . And every time I come in the cashier are always super nice”

“It was a great experience for us. The restaurant is super clean and quiet. The food is fantastic. You can see it from my pic: it was so good that I even forgot to take photos before I started eating! The plate was so big that my friend has packed out half of the food for another meal. Will recommend the place.”

“I’ve been a regular customer at this restaurant for a long time and have always enjoyed my visits. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was a complete disaster. I ordered the loaded cheese mutabbaq, something I was really looking forward to. The first bite was overwhelmingly spicy — way too hot for me to handle. It was genuinely miserable, and I couldn’t take more than that one bite. I immediately went to complain and let the staff know, but nobody responded or came back to address it. Later I was told get Togo for home… For a place I visit regularly, this level of spice (without any warning) combined with zero customer service response left a really bad taste. I won’t be recommending the loaded cheese mutabbaq to anyone, and this experience has me thinking twice about returning. Very disappointing.”

“I have been a regular customer at this restaurant and usually visit 2–4 times a week with different friends. In fact, this was my fourth visit this week, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Today, we ordered mutton biryani, but we were served lamb biryani instead. When we politely informed the staff that the order was incorrect, they initially refused to acknowledge the mistake and kept insisting that “mutton and lamb are the same thing.” Instead of listening to the customer and handling the situation professionally, they argued with us and were not willing to correct the order. After going back and forth with the staff, we asked to speak to the manager/owner on the phone. The manager/owner himself was polite, respectful, and spoke professionally. He seemed willing to solve the issue, which we appreciated. However, after spoke to the owner, the attitude of one of the workers — an slim Arabic guy speaking Arabic ( curly hair and brown looks maybe he mostly works inside the kitchen ) there — became extremely rude and disrespectful. He aggressively waved his hand and repeatedly said “Khalas” (خلاص), which in this situation clearly meant “leave” or “get out.” His tone and body language were very hostile and unprofessional. I also personally overheard him saying words along the lines of: “If they already paid, don’t refund them, tell them to go.” This was shocking and very upsetting, especially after speaking with the manager/owner who was trying to handle the situation respectfully. The service overall was also very poor. Plates and other items were not brought on time, and even after asking multiple times, we had to wait around 10 minutes. Most of the staff looked frustrated, made faces when asked for something, and acted like they did not want to do their jobs or deal with customers properly. As someone who visits frequently and brings friends here regularly, I honestly feel very disappointed by this experience. A loyal customer should never be treated with this level of disrespect. I truly hope management improves the staff behavior, professionalism, and customer service because experiences like this will push regular customers away.”

“We ordered the chicken mandi and the chicken had a very strong odor it literally smelled like 2 weeks old chicken. When I went to speak to them, the woman named Elyna completely refused to acknowledge the smell. The customer service was terrible. I don’t know how old that chicken was, but it smelled so bad it was hazardous and we couldn’t even eat it. She wasn’t willing to replace the order, and I even offered to pay half just to get a fresh plate. Very disappointing experience. And employees don’t know how to talk to their customers they’re disrespectful terrible terrible terrible experience!!!”

“Absolutely disappointed, ordered chicken shawarma meal and the chicken is so dry and hard and tasteless, wrap had pickles and onions to make it better but it did not help, the fries literally stick together, just overall not good at all, go somewhere else for chicken shawarma. This is sad if you think this is what your customers want. Please do better and cook your food on less time give people fresh fries. I didn’t pay $30 for food that doesn’t even taste good and you guys did not put any care or thought when packing the food, you just threw everything in the box and called it a day. Both boxes left untouched cause it’s not even edible and good.”
