“Great food and great service! Come for the lunch special! Their team is really accommodating and patient. Can’t ask for a better experience.”

“For the price of the salmon it could have been a couple more pieces.”

“I recently dined at Kabobi - Persian and Mediterranean Grill, and I have to say — this is exactly how a restaurant should be. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, welcoming, and professional. The staff clearly know what they’re doing. They were attentive without hovering, friendly without being fake, and made sure everything came out perfectly. Now let’s talk about the food — absolutely outstanding. The flavors were authentic, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. Every dish tasted homemade and high quality. And the portions? Huge. Generous plates loaded with perfectly cooked meats, fluffy rice, fresh salads, and warm bread. This is what you expect when you’re spending your hard-earned money. There are plenty of similar restaurants in the area that charge an arm and a leg for half the amount of food and nowhere near this level of quality. Here, you actually feel like you’re getting value. You leave full, satisfied, and happy — not wondering why you paid so much for so little. If you want amazing Persian and Mediterranean food, great service, and real portions for your money, this is the place to go. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back.”

“Excellent food and great prices for lunch special which lasts until 4 pm”

“Got the herb lavash and the beef koubideh with lavash. Phenomenal food and they all came out pretty quick. Super tasty, tasted fresh, and generous portions.”

“The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Their steak was cooked to perfection. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to.”

“The food here was delicious, with generous portions and great meat quality. Everything came out quickly and fresh. I really appreciated the friendly service and attention to detail. Thank you, Aymen, for the sweet and thoughtful zlabia — it was the perfect touch”

“This place is absolutely amazing. They have a wide selection of Iranian dishes and they are every bit authentic. Their kabobs were tender and juicy, the rice aroma was pleasant, and their stews tasted home-made. I enjoyed their home-made doogh and their zaytoon parvardeh was amazing. The staff were mostly Iranian and they made us feel as if we were having lunch in a restaurant in Iran. They also gave us bamyeh and tea on the house. I recommend this place to everyone hoping to get some authentic Iranian food in Chicago. Cannot wait to go back and try more of their dishes and kabobs.”

“We visited this place for the first time recently, and after seeing the huge portions, we ordered just three dishes for five people. Everything came on massive plates with meat, rice, and grilled tomatoes. I don’t remember the exact names of the dishes, but honestly, everything was insanely delicious. Even with only three dishes, we were completely full and still had leftovers to take home. The tea was excellent, with bergamot, and they happily refilled it for free when we asked. After dinner, they even brought us a complimentary dessert with the tea, which was a really nice touch. Overall, we were very happy with our visit. The only thing that could use some improvement is the service. The staff in the dining area was a bit too pushy and would literally try to take plates and utensils out of your hands. I think it would be better if they waited until guests were clearly finished, or at least were more delicate about it. That said, despite the service issues, I’m still giving this place 5 stars.”

“Not gonna lie, this is not my typical choice for cuisine, but this delivered in a way I was not expecting. The lamb kabob was pretty average tasting for lamb, but the boneless chicken breast kabob was outstanding. On top of that, the portions are just downright enormous. We could've shared just one plate, but decided to do our own thing and had a second meal with the leftovers. Labeled as a "Persian restaurant" by Google. There really wasn't any kind of foreign decor that made it feel super ethnic or anything. Loads of seating here and the restaurant could accomodate well over a hundred diners easily. I'm certainly open to returning, that chicken was downright special.”
