“This is gem spot. I felt like we unlocked a new level of goodness in the city. Charming, out in the open, in plain sight. All of us loved. 13 year old, 9 year old (mainly because she was allowed to have chalk and color on the chalk board walls— so cool and fun), I loved it and she loved it (mom) Not very big but our service was so great and the flavors here are so good. Easily goes right to the top for my favorite taco spots in the city! It’s a small spot and the service may take some time. So if you’re in a hurry idk. But you want a drink and chill, then do it here. Honestly- this a banger! 10/10 recommend.”

“Hand amazing experience at Tatas.The food was absolutely delicious, each taco was packed with flavor, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh. My personal favorite was La Chupacabra taco, which had just the right balance of spices and textures. Service was excellent, from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed.”

“Good food and good people. The veggie/vegan fajitas were delicious. The seasoning on the cauliflower was perfect. My friend ordered a few different tacos and enjoyed them. Service was a bit slow for just two tables and the waitress was lovely, but she was forgetful and there was miscommunication about a drink order. All said, I’ll be back for the vegan options.”

“I’m a frequent orderer of takeout and delivery and just have to take a minute to rave about Tata’s food. I’m a vegetarian and love all the veg options - this last time I had soyrizo and potato tacos, cauliflower al pastor, and cauliflower mole tacos and they were all soooo good. I’ve also ordered steak dishes for my husband which he loves, and I did a variety of meat and non-meat tacos and a jumbo serving of the chicken pozole for my book club which was all a huge hit. Always fresh and good quality and reasonable prices.”
