“Incredible Brews and Food! Stopped by Old Irving Brewing Co. and had a fantastic experience. You absolutely cannot leave without ordering the cheese curds shown in 1000074676.jpg. They are perfectly fried, light, crispy, and the seasoning with the dipping sauce is top-tier. Easily some of the best curds around. To wash it down, we paired them with some excellent, crisp beers as seen in 1000074675.jpg—including the Sonne Helles Lager, which was incredibly refreshing and smooth. Great atmosphere, fantastic wood-fired kitchen smells, and stellar drinks. We will definitely be back! Feel free to tweak it if you want to add details about the service or the specific vibe you experienced!”

“What an amazing atmosphere and hidden gem! Trevor gave me a personal tour and lots drinks to try! You must stop in whether you are a local or visiting! And ask him for a personal tour! You won’t regret it! And the bar tops are made from old rail cars!!! How amazing to be immersed in history!!!”
“This place really impressed me the second time around. I’ve stopped by for beer before, but it seems like I’d been missing out on the food. I had the hanger steak and potatoes. Every bite was just loaded with a perfectly prepared flavor and the beer recommended by the bartender (goat destroyer I think?) was a perfect suggestion to go with the entree. The other beers I’ve tried are solid. Good variety and they all have character, including the easy sippers. I was surprised at how busy it was for lunchtime, but there was still plenty of seating. The staff seems to work closely as a team. They served and checked in at all the right beats for a seamless and hospitable experience. Despite it being busy, I didn’t have to wait much for anything. Back to the food, because I can’t stress this enough: This wood-fired steak will probably make every subsequent hanger steak slightly disappointing. At the end of my meal, I flashed back to my naive, earlier thoughts surrounding taking the rest to go. Oh, how foolish I was not to realize after the first bite that I was never long for such a destiny. Every now and then, a dish comes along that makes you feel as though light suddenly fills the long absence of a standout meal. This. Steak. Is. It.”
