“Never had a negative experience until today. I made an online order today and it said it would be ready at a certain time. I left work and got there a few minutes after it said the order to be complete. As soon as I walk in, there is nobody in there and my order was not prepared. NO EMPLOYEE IN SIGHT. I walked around and still couldn't find anyone. I called their number 3 times while I was there so the phone would ring to see if anyone would come answer it and shocker, nobody came. I yelled hello and slid chairs so I would make a noise to see if anyone would come and still nothing. I EVEN WALKED TO THE BACK OF THE KITCHEN AND NOBODY WAS THERE! I stood there and waited 20 minutes and nobody came. I had to leave and go back to work so I walked out without the meal that I paid for which is really disappointing. I feel like I got robbed so I called the service site that I ordered through to try and get a refund. They told me I had to take it up with the business in order to get a refund. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DO THAT WHEN THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE AND NOBODY IS THERE! I was really disappointed as this is one of the healthier options around my work and the food is good, but they were not capable of fulfilling my order at all.”
