The char shiu (pork belly) was an absolute star- so tender and flavorful (honestly the best I’ve had in a while)

I've been here so many times and it never disappoints! The food is amazing and the staff is too. Perfect for a date, lunch, or a spontaneous dinner. My go to is the #2, it's the perfect blend of savory and spice.

This place was on my list for a few months. Me and my friend visited it during not so busy hours so had a chance to enjoy the quiet atmosphere. Food was great. I ordered Shrimp tempura bun and Oiimen Classic ramen and was not disappointed - rich flavor and the meat that melts in the mouth! So good. And the size is pretty generous. Totally recommend for ramen lovers.

Walking into Oiistar, you immediately sense you’re somewhere different. The dim lighting, the carefully curated hipster aesthetic, the hum of a room that just works — this place has personality in spades. But what really sets it apart is how well-oiled the operation is. The staff is prompt and attentive without being overbearing, and you can tell strong management runs through every layer of the experience. Someone behind the scenes clearly cares deeply about the details. Now, the food. The vegetable ramen is genuinely one of the best bowls I’ve had in the city. It’s loaded — and I mean loaded — with vegetables, but the real star is the broth. Rich, layered, and deeply flavorful in a way that so many ramen spots simply miss. None of that watered-down, one-note broth you find elsewhere. This one has complexity and soul, and it lingers on the palate in the best possible way. The Paitan with garlic is equally impressive. Creamy, bold, and punchy from the garlic, it’s the kind of bowl that commands your full attention. If you’re a ramen purist, this one’s for you. Don’t sleep on the starters either. The cucumber salad was bright and refreshing — a perfect counterpoint to the richness of the ramen. And the mushroom dumpling was outstanding: tender, savory, and packed with flavor in every bite. Oiistar is the rare spot that delivers on atmosphere and substance. Whether you’re a ramen devotee or a casual noodle fan, this place earns every visit. Bottom line: Go for the vibe, stay for the broth.

I genuinely feel as though this is the best ramen spot in the city. The waits are never as bad as other spots. It’s the biggest bowl in the city. Nothing beats the broth. I’ve had every bowl except the veggie bowl and it’s all fabulous!!! The #4, #6 and #9 are usually my go to. And once in a blue moon the musclemen. Apps are good, I remember when they had a fried honey chicken and that was literally the best thing in the off season (summer). The salad was surprisingly good for a salad with spice. The bao buns are always good. My only eh is the sangria. Customer service is always nice, place is always clean, and you will leave FULL. Get extra bambooo shoots on the SIDE. Trust me✨

Incredible ramen. Got the spicy garlic shoyumen. Broth, noodles, pork belly, vegetables and egg was a 5/5. One of the best ramen I've had the city.

Oiistar is my go-to ramen spot. The food is phenomenal! Everything I've tried from their menu is delicious (and I've tried A LOT). My favorite is their #3, but I recommend their #5 (pictured) if you like your ramen spicy. My family recently came to visit and I made the mistake of bringing them here on their first night. They kept wanting to go back!
