I think Noori is a hidden gem in the neighborhood. Korean street food done well. The interior is super cute and reminds me of the street restaurants in Korea, even with upgraded seat cans, where you can store your outerwear and belongings (nostalgic). You order and pay at the counter then take a seat at one of the tables. They will bring your food and drink to you. The soy garlic chicken is a 9 out of 10. Seriously. Crunchy and ooey goey, tender chicken wings. Get it. The regular (not rose) tteokbokki wasn't spicy (to me) but had plenty of flavor and the rice cakes were soft and chewy as they should be! They even have a ramen bar. We also had the iced Daebang Coffee that was a good balance of flavors, not too milky, not too sweet; and the Mango lemonade was good and sweet. I smiled and danced in my seat as I ate. A great way to enjoy dinner on a weeknight. If you're in the East Lakeview neighborhood, give Noori Chicken a try!!

I ordered wings and they were delicious. Cooked perfectly. A bit more breading than I prefer but I went in assuming this. I tried two sauces and they were both spicy, sweet and sticky as you would expect for Korean BBQ. The supreme sauce is great. I will go back to try their other dishes. Wings came with cole slaw that was fresh and tasty.

I had their veggie and spicy kimbop and their jumbo supreme chicken wings and it is to die for. I had to come back the next day just to get more 🤤 reasonably priced and really good portion sizes. No more long trips to hmart to get kimbop. Plus, it’s fresh 😍😍😍 Update: highly recommend their butterfly lychee fruit tea drink!

Around this area there are a thousand restaurants and I’m disappointed 75% of the time either poor service or just par food all with big prices.I’m not against making money but you better deliver this is Chicago I could go anywhere and I would go here over and over again reasonable prices broad menu and accommodating staff.10 of 10 neighborhood gem.

Ok! I really hesitated to post this, because I selfishly don't want this spot to become so busy that it's overcrowded and lose its charm. Everything was 10/10! From the warmth and sweet charm of the woman who greeted us and took our order, to the amazing food ...it was quite the treat. The chicken was SOOOOOOOO tasty, as it was fried just right and seasoned perfectly to pair with whatever sauce you choose. It was lightly breaded and yet still had the perfect crunch. If your eyes are bigger than your stomach like our was ...be prepared to have leftovers! The combo with 4pcs is more than enough. I would suggest each person getting a different flavor and then splitting them. This way, you have options and don't overdo it. I'm not a big fan of coleslaw but this was THE BEST coleslaw I've ever tried. I usually taste coleslaw and it remains on my plate, gets thrown away, or passed on to a family member or friend. This, I turned the cup upside down to make sure I got it all. I didn't take pictures of the 8pc that I got and couldn't eat all of. The sides are pricey but plentiful. The fries are even great. I want them to do well and don't want to hype them up too much so when I go back ...y'all won't be up in there making it take long and/or too crowded to get a seat. But, it simply was a great all around experience! Enjoy, and thank me later!

This place has been on my to-do list for a while, and it turned out to be a great choice for an early dinner on our way home after visiting downtown Chicago. The food was pleasantly surprising and very satisfying. We had shrimp kimbap, two types of Korean BBQ fried chicken, regular and rosé tteokbokki, French fries, and Korean beverages. The fried chicken, fried dumplings, and fries were all served hot, fresh, and perfectly crispy with a light batter. The Korean BBQ fried chicken was especially tender and juicy on the inside, with a crispy exterior. The tteokbokki tasted authentically Korean with perfectly pleasant chewiness, and the sauce was just right—not too sweet or too spicy. The shrimp kimbap was incredible—stuffed with a perfect balance of fresh, crunchy vegetables and fried shrimp, with the rice thinly spread. Each piece was generously sized, yet it melted in my mouth with every bite. The atmosphere was creatively designed and had a fun Korean retro vibe. The owner was incredibly welcoming and kind to our family. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth a visit. I would visit again when I’m in the area.

Noori chicken is a great restaurant all around! And I recommend anyone, from families, friends, to solo to give themselves to try this spot! The fried chicken is great! Amazing sauces, & fries as well as a large selection of typical Korean drinks! The atmosphere is great, very colorful and dynamic. In general, very inviting and well designed.

I was delighted with Noori’s wings, which are faithful to Korean fried chicken at its best. The crunch, breading size of the wing are exceptional as well as the gloss of the sauces, so this is up there with some of the best wings in the city. Both sauces were great, and the supreme sauce was very good as quintessential spicy Korean flavor that Crisp doesn’t do, as their Seoul sassy is more barbecue based. The balance was 95% there, I think I prefer the sauce at Kim’s, but the wing itself here is closer to actual Korean fried chicken than anywhere around. The ethos and fun decor of the restaurant was also very much in line with a Korean wings joint. I got rice because I was hungry but they had the proper wings side of pickled radish. I also had a triangle kimbop which is a Korean convenience store favorite, and the kimchi spam one hit the spot.

THE SPOT FOR KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN AND K-FOOD Personally I think the price is reasonable if you compare it to other Korean fried chicken spot. I chose soy garlic and magic powder (cheese) and they are so good. Ramen is delicious too. The owner was really nice and helpful, taking her time to walk me through the menu and how to cook the ramen. The decoration is so pretty. It’s also big enough for big groups, so I hope this place get more recognition. The owner said it took her 6 months to renovate 🫶 Will comeback for sure

I got the boneless 3 piece lunch special and a bulgogi kimbap. Some of the best Korean fried chicken I’ve ever had! So juicy and crispy. 10/10 recommend. Can’t wait to try more on the menu
