“La Creperie is an incredible authentic French restaurant. The vibe is warm and cozy and immediately makes you ready to enjoy a warm comforting meal. You can tell all the food is thoughtfully prepared and it all tastes incredible - I haven’t had a better crepe in my lifetime. For the price point you really can’t beat it. Anastasiia served the entire restaurant herself and was kind and attentive with everyone. La Creperie is 100% worth the visit. You won’t be disappointed.”

“This place is a true delight! The food, the ambience, the service , the staff and of course Germain! If you’re in the neighborhood or are looking for a crepe that will not make you regret your choice, this is the place to go to! The food is 10/10. It’s flavorful and treats the tastebuds to an absolutely scrumptious meal. The staff are friendly, and attentive . If you happen to meet Germain, you’re lucky! He takes the time to talk to everyone that comes in, he’s friendly and so fun to chat with! For our meal, we got the poulet au curry and the La citron for dessert. Portions are generous and it was a hearty meal. Food was fabulous and we will definitely be back!”

“Loved the Boeuf bourguignon & Banana Sara. Seriously special flavor and generous portions. Will definitely be returning!”

“Probably the coziest spot in all of Chicago! 10/10! The ambience is relaxing and feels like home! Food is always anmazing and the staff is friendly. Looking forward to checking out the outdoor patio in the summer!!”

“This place is a hidden gem, best French onion soup in the city. Don’t sleep on the beef bourguignon crepe.”

“If you’re looking for a spot that feels more like a tucked-away Parisian side street than a stretch of North Clark, La Crêperie Chicago is your quaint, cozy sanctuary. It’s the kind of place where you can either grab a quick bite or settle in for a three-hour philosophical debate with friends, provided you don’t mind service that is friendly but somewhat "fleeting." They definitely give you your space—which is great for deep thoughts, but less ideal if you’re trying to flag someone down for a check. The crepes are sizable enough to be a commitment, and we tackled both ends of the spectrum. The savory ham and cheese was a solid, no-nonsense classic, while the La Pomme sweet crepe was fresh and delicious without being a total sugar overload. My only real regret is that we managed to leave a French creperie without ordering anything containing Nutella. It felt like a massive tactical error, but we were hitting a wall and had a movie to catch across the street. I’ll definitely be back to rectify the Nutella situation, hopefully when I have more time to linger. It’s a neighborhood staple for a reason, even if the staff treats you with a level of "distanced respect" that borders on invisibility”

“The La Classique crepe and Croque Mousier were absolutely delicious! I wish the waitress and service had been a bit more attentive, though.”
“The back patio is adorable and the crepes are amazing. I could spend days here 🫶”
“Had the steak frites, very good, not oversalted like a lot of places. Gotta try the crepes next time!”
“Amazing amazing amazing!! Beef crepe is just unbelievable. I recommend it with orange juice”
