Delicious food, good vibes, and on point staff. Best pizza puff in the city, in my opinion. Oh - and hot dogs too But no mustard - add ketchup, extra sports peppers. I grew up in this city and I had never been here, that I remember, but have stopped ij 4 times in the last 8. Clean soda fountains, large drink selection, and kindness. That plur thing Thanks guys 🌻

Great Vienna Beef Chicago Style Hot Dogs! Clark Street Dogs is amazing, fresh and delicious, sport peppers are amazing, perfect neon green relish, etc. NON Poppy Seed Buns, but fresh, good hot dog buns. Plenty of French fries per order with them spilling out of the container from the abundance. Crisp with just the perfect amount of salt without over doing it.

5 stars all around for vibe, taste and bang for your buck. This place is one of the OG Italian beef spots. Definitely grab an Italian beef “baptized” with hot and/or sweet peppers. Plus they’ve got a full bar attached next door. Great establishment.

Stopped in the middle of a hot afternoon to grab a quick late lunch and a beer. I got tempted by the House Clark Street hot-dog and couldn't resist a second one it was just so good. Simple, well balanced with the condiments. I had it at the bar with a beer...after testing a few! I was so warmly welcomed, that I felt at home. Chicago is really an amazing place filled with nice people and a very positive energy!

Really great first impression. There was a man cleaning and managing the store and the staffs were super nice. The outdoor seatings are the best here in the summer. We ordered shrimp basket and super fresh and nice!

Both bar & counter staff were super friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

Somehow the patio was peaceful despite the busy intersection. Somehow I was the only person out there. The chicken philly was chock full, delicious, hot, and fresh. I like mine with some tzatziki sauce. I even had to use a fork to finish eating the overflow. Will return soon.

If you're seeking authentic Chicago-style cuisine, a lively atmosphere, late-night hours, and a charming bar with exceptional staff and bartenders, this spot is a must-visit. Perfectly located for a pre or post-Cubs game outing, it's also a year-round destination to enjoy whether it's baseball season or not. I tried the Philly and fries, and the portion was so generous one order of fries was plenty for two people. My super huge small chopped steak was authentically prepared with all the traditional trimmings, and I added hot peppers and hot sauce for an extra kick. Everything tastes better with a bit of spice! The place is clean and welcoming, and I look forward to returning soon.

It's such a cultural shock coming from Hong Kong, where everyone is Midwestern nice 🙂 And people eat hotdogs without ketchup 😂 or drink Malort or eat pickles/ drink the juice Jk. Whenever I go to any city whether to travel or live, I always make sure to try local food and explore local culture. I guess this was one of them! _________________________________________ This was a real treat, with such a homey and fun neighborhood spot that the value of: ✔️ differing Chicago neighborhoods ✔️ a Chicago hotdog ✔️ Drinking anytime between 11am-2am 😂 ✔️ supporting local businesses & farms ✔️ Pickleback shot 🥒🥃 ✔️ Many types of mules $12 ✔️ local Chicago beers on draft $5 ✔️ the only spot with the Angus beef Chicago burger 🍔 My boyfriend is actually from Philly and has high standards for cheese steak .
