“Some of the best dim sum I’ve had. Food came out pretty quick for it being packed & had a lot of staff attending to tables.”

“The dim sum was some of the best I’ve ever had. The staff was also super kind and accommodating.”

“For the full review of this, and other, restaurants, find me on IG at: theturtlegourmand Overall, the restaurant has decent enough dim sum. So far, the best I've had in this region of the U.S. If you have a craving for dim sum, then this satisfies. But, understandably, it doesn't compare with the best dim sum restaurants in Hong Kong or Canada -- with the exception of one item, which is actually very good! Har Gow Decently tasty, and very meaty! Siu Mai Quite average. Not bad, but nothing special BBQ Pork Cheung Fun Pork is skimpy, and kind of on the dry side, but sufficiently average Shrimp Cheung Fun Like the har Gow, quite meaty. Also the noodle itself was quite nice and tasty, and not overbearing or heavy Ham Sui Gok (Deep Fried Pork dumpling) Large, crispy, without being overly heavy. Very flavor filled inside. Flat out good, and indeed one of the better ones I've had anywhere. Very much worth returning to the restaurant for! Wu Gok (Taro puff) Lots of taro, not enough meat filling. But decent tasting Jian Dui (Jumbo Sesame ball) Nicely done, crispy, savory, and juicy. No filling but pure flavor. Egg tart Borderline here. Decent enough to eat again, but nothing to write home about. For the full review, with more photos and video, find me on IG at: theturtlegourmand”

“Amazing food with great flavor and presentation. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere is very pleasant and well maintained. Everything felt clean, welcoming, and well organized. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend MingHin Cuisine.”

“I had a great experience with the management here. An issue came up during my visit, and Phil handled it professionally and with genuine care. He followed through, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was resolved fairly. That level of accountability really stood out and says a lot about how this place treats its customers. I appreciate how the situation was handled and would return”

“MingHin could be the best Cantonese restaurant at China town. It opened early in the morning. The room was beautiful with many Chinese decorations. Service was great and WiFi was fast. Their Cantonese breakfast tasted authentic and delicious. The temperature of the buns and dumplings could be higher, as it was cold outside. The fried rice noodle was wonderful without too much oil, and the beef was tender and juicy. The size of breakfast items was great with a reasonable price.”

“The atmosphere feels authentic and warm, and the menu is packed with so many classic Chinese dishes that it’s hard to choose just one. Everything comes out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. My absolute favorite is the fried rice noodles with XO sauce. It’s perfect every time. The noodles are soft but slightly crispy, and the XO sauce adds this deep, savory kick that makes the whole dish unforgettable.”

“Been coming to MingHin for the beef and noodles. Honestly, that’s what keeps pulling me back. We started with the beef on a stick. It was incredible tender, juicy and really well seasoned. Like… dangerously good. Only four pieces, so it was gone in no time but it was really good. For the main, we got the stir-fried chow mein noodles. This one’s a favorite of mine. The noodles had that perfect mix of crispy and soft, especially around the edges. Not greasy, not dry. Just right. The sauce clung to everything, and the smoky flavor really came through. The meat stayed tender, the seasoning was on point, and every bite had something going on. I kept picking at it even when I was full and the bowl was empty. Always a good sign. The place itself feels cozy but still lively. Good for a date or with family. Staff was friendly and checked in without hovering. Just a solid, comforting meal. I’ll be back. Probably soon.”

“Wir waren im Juli 25 hier. Netter Service, vielfältige Speisekarte. Gutes Essen.”

“lowk very mid… soup dumplings were very nice, but the egg tart is such a shame, not crispy at all”

“Moving reviews over from Yelp. I've been back a bunch of times but this was written on 4/29/19: I'm not sure how to do better than a "me too" review for our experience so I will just highlight a couple of dishes: 1. Beef short ribs - we chose the honey-glazed and loved them! They were tender, not very chewy and incredibly flavorful. 2. Sesame balls - different than what we usually get in other states/countries. I enjoyed the fact there was more of a bite to go with the chew. I haven't experienced this before but liked it.”
