“I could not stop eating! This place is a solid spot for good eats.”

“One of my go to Szechuan spots. Flavor is always on point with a nice spicy kick that’s not too much. My favorite is the pork knuckle dry pot. Good portion and I like how they keep it warm over a small flame. Nice spacious booths and it feels pretty personal.”

“The best sichuan restaurant I’ve had in Chicago. Not too spicy not too much MSG. We ordered the peppered fish and 干锅 gan guo, and it didn’t disappoint at all! Highly recommend to all.”

“This is an excellent restaurant… and my wife and I happened to stumble upon it on a grocery run. Ingredients are fresh, dishes are authentically spicy and fragrant. Would recommend the green pickled fish soup for its incredibly tender bass. Additionally, the dry pot beef was delicious, but you can’t go wrong with any protein here. The restaurant is clean and features large booths that feel private. Expect incredibly professional staff that are knowledgable and the menu and will even pack your leftovers for you. It’s great to see a modern Chinese-owned business setting a positive example in Chicago.”

“Ordered their dry pot (ribs and shrimp) and the Three Mushrooms dish - both are very yummy. We asked for Less Spicy for the dry pot which was the right amount of heat for us. We also ordered the jelly noodle cold dish but that was not very authentic for someone who’s from Chengdu :). The service was great. I’d go back if I’m in the area.”

“我第一次进来。试一下味道👅,第一环境不错。第二点了2个主菜一个小菜。都是稳定出品给个赞。做到不油不柴。可以下次带多点朋友再来。看好你们。”

“Delicious food. Friendly service. Lots of options. Had an amazing meal here, everything we had was delicious and tasted very authentic. Our server was very nice and the service was great!”

“I believe this cuisine serves nice food, but I feel like most of the items are a bit too spicy for kids. Staff was great though, and it was nice sitting in a booth decorated like it was from the ancient times.”

“I think this is a new restaurant. Its very clean and fairly quiet. I'm not from Cheng Du, but the food was really good! 4 adult + 2 kids, we ordered 8 dishes, avg $26/person. Fairly reasonable. I like it's dish sizes option! You can choose between small / large. For us, we choose all small, they are already pretty big to us 😁 HIGHLY recommend their sliced fish w. fresh pepper. The fish slices were SOOO fresh and tender! It's not spicy at all! We also ordered a small pork hock dry pot. Honestly, it's a fairly big for 4 adults. Its very juicy and full of flavor! Kids love their fried rice w. beef. We love it too lol. MOSTLY, not too much 🫛 in it lol. Kids not fan of peas.”
