My boyfriend and I went here after a long day and were absolutely blown away by the food. By far the best tacos in Chicago. Everything we ordered from the cactus to the guacamole to the menudo was made with love. Will be back again!

“The service was amazing.”

The service was amazing. I loved our waitress. She anticipated needs and was very personable. I try to get something new every time I visit this restaurant, the first time I had the flautas and they weren't my favorite but everything I have gotten since the first visit has not disappointed. I appreciate that we were offered a bucket of ice for our beer that we brought in since it's BYOB. The tortillas are delicious and the salsa with chips. One thing that is not in my picture that I devoured and was amazing was the ceviche tostada! The thing that surprised me the most was the price of all the food everything was under $40 before the tip. 7/20/25 - Had another great experience. I do have to say they changed the ceviche recipe on me because this time the ceviche had ketchup which I dislike but other than that the Quesadilla Gigante de tinga de pollo and the costillas en salsa verde were amazing. I brought my own beer and just ordered the Miche mix :)

I went around 4:30pm on a Thursday and it was a little slow, my food came out in a timely fashion and it was fresh. I order two steak tacos and one shrimp. Each taco had a nice amount of filling and toppings.

Food here is always good, I got the Shrimp tostada which was delicious and fresh Def spicy but in a good way especially if you like spice. Great atmosphere lovely outside patio. The quesadilla de flor de calabaza is always a hit item delicious ingredients a heavy hitter. Respect if you can finish the monster.

Great place to come for well served authentic tacos. Prices are very reasonable. Their chips and salsa are very delicious. Tried their Vampiro juice (beets, orange, celery) which was freshly prepared as I placed the order. Awesome atmosphere with good music. Server was very friendly. Cash & card accepted. Indoor and patio seating available.
