“The only thing I did not like is they use brown rice for the mexican rice, instead of white rice, so the flavor was not 100% what I was expecting, however the food was excellent”

Very nice staff. The Flan is just too good to describe in words... Ya gotta try it, period. Tacos were amazing too, with some real hot sauce... Food for the body and soul!

Place is good. Food is very good. They have been around a while. Took me forever to try it but a lot of friends from NY love it because they participate in Uber Eats and deliver fresh and yummy food. Gave it a try. Not my style but I can see why people like it. Service was fantastic. Not a place to sit and eat. It’s a place to pick up and go. Worth a try. You’ll be back for more. I know I will. Need to get the tacos next time.

Big shoutout to Tacos Gingi in Chicago — they really came through! 🙌 They delivered an amazing spread to McCormick Place: burritos, burrito bowls, salads, tons of sauces, and plenty of extra paper goods. It was fresh, flavorful, and abundant — easily enough for 20, even though it was for 15. My team isn’t all Jewish, and everyone raved about the food. 🌯🥗🌶️

“Who would have thought that one of the best places in Chicago was squished next to a gas station.”

Who would have thought that one of the best places in Chicago was squished next to a gas station. I highly recommend either the Carne asada or chicken milinasa bowl with all the toppings (ask for the grilled pineapple as well). These bowls are hefty and can definitely feed 2 people or one very hungry person 😁. And the service is fast and very friendly. Definitely recommend if you are looking for kosher Mexican food

The dairy catering was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and I am still receiving compliments from our guests. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the event, making sure everything ran smoothly. Ricky was not only patient but also incredibly thoughtful in helping us plan and execute the menu with meticulous consideration around our allergies. Their guidance and expertise made the process stress-free, and they went above and beyond to ensure it was a memorable occasion for all who attended. I highly recommend Tacos Gingi for any special event.
