“Amazing here ! The service was top tier and so was the food. Probably one of my favorite restaurants to go to💕💕”

“Come for the amazing food! Taste like and is home-cooked. The honey apricot lamb, shank, and the chicken pastilla are the best I have tasted! The cooked carrots were so yummy! I order a bunch of pastillas to bring Home for my freezer. This meal was the best experience on our vacation in Chicago. Don’t forget to ask for honey in the tea instead of sugar so much better. Missed the balaclava. Wish they served Khobz bread instead of pita.”

“I’ve been to most of the well-known Moroccan restaurants in Chicago, and this one is hands down, the best! I had a dish in Morocco that I haven’t been able to get here in the states, even at the other restaurants. THEY HAVE IT! So if you’re looking for amazing food, stop in….and be sure to try the seffa….because they’re the only restaurant that has it….and it’s delicious!”

“Thats the best Moroccan restaurant I been to the food is so amazing everytime I say that's it I keep eating more”

“Dined here on a Friday evening, we were immediately seated. Our server Adam was quick to answer any questions we had, and offered recommendations. We got the mint tea kettle, chicken pastilla, lamb couscous, and combo meat platter. Everything was delicious and beautifully flavored. The chicken pastilla was our favorite, such a unique combination of flavors that work perfectly together. Adam was attentive the entire time and you can tell he genuinely cares. This is a great family owned gem in the neighborhood, cannot recommend enough. We will be back!”

“Tried a lot of Moroccan dishes including Chicken Pastilla, Marrakech Harira, lamb couscous, lamb chops and Tea kettle Moroccan mint tea. I liked the chicken Pastilla, Harira and rice of the couscous the most. The tea was refreshing. The Harira is like dal/lentils of indian dishes. The interior is pretty good too. However, the items were overpriced in my opinion. In short, a very good place to try authentic Moroccan dishes. Their cuisine is a little bit less spicy and sweeter. If you prefer more spicy foods then you may not like it. The staff was very friendly and his behavior was very decent.”

“Try the cous cous! And the mint tea. Generous portions, authentic food and atmosphere. Adam took great care of our group of 16.”
“Love this place! As a vegan they have several tasty option but my friends were not vegan and all enjoyed their food.”
“Amazing authentic food, amazing service and very nice vibes. Will be coming back again”
“Excellent atmosphere. As you walk in you listen to the beautiful sounds of Morocco. Many morracan decorative plates on the walls, a table full of different size tagines, moraccan style pillows, and other moraccan decor. Warm lighting, perfect for a romantic dinner or dinner amoung friends. White linen tables. Fresh mint tea. Service is top notch! All questions answered. Even server asked about any allergies. Started with dates, chebequia and zmita. Now this is authentic! Wow, haven't even tasted the food. I know it will be great. We had the chicken tagine special. Came with a cup of harira soup, chicken and fries tagine, zaluk (eggplant), bread, salad and msemen. We also ordered the chicken bastille. Yum! It was so flavorful. All the food cooked on the spot fresh and warm on the table. Wonderful experience and excellent food. Definitely coming back! 10/10”
