“It’s amazingggg. The quesabirrias is a must, you have to try them. The staff is lovely and very nice. I went to this place for like 4 days straight while I was staying here in Chicago and it was so worth it. Definitely recommend.”

“The food here was so delicious. I have not been this happy in a while with Mexican food in my area. Los Altos is amazing. We ordered an order of the quezabirrias with the consome. So delicious. The meat, the stew, just fantastic! My sister and i each had an order of Chilaquiles. One order of green and one red. Both were super delicious. The red ones were actually a bit spicy and have a taste of chipotle peppers which was exactly what i was craving. The green ones were super tasty as well. The tamal we tried was really good too with the ranchero sauce topping. We took a torta de milanesa to go and some fries. My husband really enjoyed it. The milanesa was juicy and tasty. And all the sauces at the restaurant were really good as well. I am very happy to finally have a good restaurant in the Waukegan area. I will definitely be telling all my friends and people i know about this restaurant. UPDATE Went back recently a few weeks ago for the red chilaquiles, BOMB. They are still super delicious. Anyone looking for good chilaquiles, best in waukegan area for sure.The chips are fresh and they will get soggy if you're trying to get home so i recommend dine in. I added some avocado and chorizo to my order.”

“First time yesterday & it was good couldn't compare them to any other place in town it was prepared, seasoned just right. Keep it up that place will grow fast. I gave 4 stars till I visit again to give it 5 , the steak burrito & nachos was good have to definitely try other things. Stop in or drive thru give them a try , prices were reasonable too. Thx Los Altos I'll be back 👍🏼.”
“Maybe the tortilla wasn't cooked all the way but it was so thick I could only taste tortilla I expected seasoning or savory favor but there wasn't any on my shrimp beef tongue and barely any on the chorizo. Was little disappointed with my purchased. Beware ordering shrimp tacos taste like regular boiled shrimp in tortillas I kept adding sauce hoping the taste would get better. No wonder the meal was quick to come out 🫢”
“Had a tasted for some tacos, decided on going here and it did not disappoint.. Cooked to order fresh Birria taco dinner. It was absolutely delicious from the tacos, rice and beans I also try the pineapple drink it was fire.”
