“Five stars for the fries and outdoor tables. Plus the fact there are actually Spanish speaking people in the kitchen here, unlike the other “Mexican” place. I’d go back to try the gluten free tortillas.”

“I had looked at the menu before I came here so I knew I wanted The Cuban Sandwich when I arrived. It was fast and fresh. The meat was mouth watering! Was the best Cuban I ever had. I was not expecting this. Hoping for goodness.. but the best!! 🔥🤤🤤. The service was fast and friendly. I give this place 5⭐️ Jerry (the pigeon) gives it 5.5⭐️”

“Lovely place with fast service. The food was just delicious and refreshing. I picked up the cheese curds that were cooked perfectly. Light, airy and cheesy. I also grabbed a Carne asada and El pastor taco that were massive. Packed with ingredients and so refreshing. The mild salsa sauce really blended everything together perfectly.”

“Great food and friendly staff. Worth a stop in when you are nearby. I had the turkey burger and sweet potato fries and it was delicious.”

“Food is so good, staff is friendly. I'll go back for sure. I ordered the turkey burger with tater tots. The burger is so flavorful and the tots were crunchy”

“Reasonable prices, friendly service, quality Cuban sandwich and tots… great place after a long bike ride!”

“Food was absolutely delicious and a huge amount was provided. The pesto on the sandwich was amazing and the tater tots and french fries were both perfect. I had the second half of the sandwich was even better the next day.”

“First and foremost, the staff of any restaurant are the ones that truly keep an establishment running and thriving and are the heart and representation of the business. The hostess / order-taker and crew at Stacked and Folded, were super friendly to us and offered such great customer service! The atmosphere inside is very nice and offers an elevated casyal food experience. Even though the average taco is around $6.50, it is very large and offers a lot of the actual ingredients. This was the case with my short rib taco. The short rib taco did offer a little bit of that spicy hot but not too much which was good, and yes, was slightly sweet in the sauce as advertised. Overall, the flavor combination was very good and would rate it a 3.9 out of 5. It was just tender and juicy enough, but could even be a little bit more tender in the meat. I know it is not easy when it comes to short ribs and believe me they did a good job here! It is worth getting! We had also ordered the short rib sandwich, but I recommend to have the short rib in the taco form. It just taste even better with the corn tortillas! The sweet potato fries are a five out of five star! Some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. They are cooked perfection, and have that right texture on the outside and perfect on the inside. Amazing. Now as a cook, my (James’) critique is focused on the shrimp taco. Like every other item, Katherine and I had, the shrimp taco is made in a very fresh and flavorful, non-greasy and healthy tasting manner. What observations and what can be worked on from the creators of the menu is the following: The shrimp in your shrimp tacos-at least when we visited—was just plain cooked shrimp and was actually dry. My advice based on the best shrimp tacos I have ever encountered or made are taking thawed raw shrimp, then marinate them of course, and grill them briefly and just right so that they come out juicy and tender and with that amazing flavor profile. That would make your shrimp tacos a five out of five.”

“So, I Went Into this establishment..FULLY GEARED UP with My "Union CONSTRUCTION" High Yellow VEST🦺MY White/Fully Certified HARD HAT With Labels. MY CHICAGO Flag HAT "Which States "TRADES WOMEN, BUILD NATIONS". And The Cashier, A mediumSize Spanish woman w/Black Hair. Took MY order, A Turkey Brie Sandwich and Tater Tots. The food Was Decent. My Point is A. I wasn't Asked If I Was a "Local Worker"...Mind you im Helping Build A NEW Luxury Complex Right On the Corner of Elm & Lincoln. And B. I mentioned..I AM FULLY Geared UP. (All the other LOCAL restaurants Asked if I was Working "Locally" in the Area...which I knew About From My Predominantly Male CO-Workers. LoL. She Charged Me Full price. I Asked..about the Local discount. She...Said No. I Said..No what? Everyone else here..Asked Me..and fave Me. Hometown, Baghi Asian place and Little Honeycomb. She said...you can get a pop or brownie. I just Smiled and said..You Gotta ASK When someone comes In FULLY Geared, Cold, and ordering.your Good..if They ARE Working in the Area. It's The Right Thing To Do. Im NOT just working Around In A High Yellow Vest a Bug Coat, A Hard Hat and Construction Bug Dirty Boots For Nothing. Ima Very Hard Working WOMAN. She Should "Pay Attention" More. Is All Im Saying. I probably Won't Be Back. But, I thought...I Should Mention Take Care of a Customer in Uniform Better. It Makes Everything Easier...When You Are MINDFUL of your Surroundings. Thanks For The Food & "Sprite Pop". 👍🏼👷🏽♀”
“We ordered out for lunch at work. The food was great. We got a double smah burger and a skirt steak style sandwich. The meat was so tender on the steak sandwich and the burgers had the right amount of everything!”
