“Oh my God this place is so nice.”
Oh my God this place is so nice. The lady owner is super nice as well as my first time here it was not busy at all. I’ve been looking for this Birria w/ ramen all over the city. It’s a must place to come and yes, they have a full service bar as well.

“We stumbled upon this restaurant and I’m glad we did.”
We stumbled upon this restaurant and I’m glad we did. Nice and friendly place with good options for authentic Mexican food. We were welcomed with a nice basket of nachos and salsa, the food was served fast with affordable prices. The only room for improvement would be to add some vegetarian and gluten-free options. I highly recommend visiting this place!

Alright - this place is a hidden gem if gig are trying Birrieria, we were welcomed by Tanya, she told u about the food and even suggested some great recommendations. Get the quesobirrieria - wow! It’s so fresh and delicious. If you love goat this place makes it so incredibly well. I ordered the birrieria plate and the bones just slid out. The consome that comes with it is to die for. Everything is Uber fresh and it’s worth the seat. The people here are sweet, authentic and love to tell you about a really neat subculture of Mexican food. Highly recommend. Thank you Tanya.

“Very nice cool new Birrieria restaurant.”
Very nice cool new Birrieria restaurant. They took over the space where the old Pepe’s Tacos was for many years. This Birria is the Real Deal. The birria is cooked with a style that originates from Jalisco (estilo Jalisco) Great staff and plenty of seating. They also have a great parking lot with plenty of parking. You have to try the Queso Birria Plate. This one definitely made it to My favorite birria spots list.

Well this is my first time I discovered this Mexican restaurant along the way from walking to Walmart and so am at the end of my Seattle Suttons diet. Anyways it looked like a new restaurant passing by so I decided to make a cheat day. The salsa and chips were delicious. The guacamole was very delicious but on the sweet and bland mixed side with a fresh squeeze of the lime they added. They added some radish as a garnish and it tasted and looks fresh and hopefully healthy. I ended up ordering the chicken taco dinner in which was decently delicious with fresh cilantro and lime. Ambiance was informal but clean. Service was good in regards to the servers attention but I can see they were busy thus 4 stars and explanation of certain portion of the dishes they had on their menu. Finished with a dessert called Jericaya which is a Mexican version of leche flan. It is burnt afterwards on the surface but sweet and delicious but not too syrupy or caramel syrup like. I would come back here again when In the mood and it's near where I live. It was good.

“Quesabirrias are good as well as the consomé.”
Quesabirrias are good as well as the consomé! I’ve also tried the “carne asada” entree and it was delicious. All the staff members are very friendly!

“Their birria isn’t great but it isn’t bad.”
Their birria isn’t great but it isn’t bad. It lacks flavor. Salsas are not good they taste like they were made with tomatoes about that are old. Owner lacks customer service skills, seems very arrogant. It was worth a 1 time try but definitely not worth a second try. I do not recommend going out of your way to come to this location, it’s nothing special. I have had better birria elsewhere.
